The fish was very good. Did not care for the tarter sauce. How ever, the poke is awesome! An over abundance of French fries, and the cole slaw is excellent. If you like clam chowder - try their seafood chowder, it is incredible!

If you want the freshest Seafood - Go to Eskimo candy! They also have a great restaurant - great food. Local family owned. (They are great people.) The staff is terrific. I LOVE ESKIMO CANDY!

Their poke bowls really are like candy for those that love sushi! Eat on the beach at sunset, perfection! We get the bowls multiply times when on Maui.

Our favorite lunch in maui and cheapest one too. We got the poke bowls to go and then just ate them at the Kihei beach park. Can't beat the poke bowl with free atmosphere. Definitely have to go there.

Came here just for the poke. Not poke bowls but just the poke. Perfect spot to grab poke for the beach or hotel pool. Ordered the spicy poke (which I would argue is better than Ono's in Honolulu as the flavor is a bit more balanced) and the furikake. Shoyu wasn't that flavorful. Also get the seaweed salad.

The food is good and the service as well. The Poke bowl was awesome! But they need more tables for clients. I had to take my food out even thou I wanted to eat there.

Our Lonely Planet suggested to not miss their "poke" and it was a really god tip! ;) Ahi was one of the best we ever tasted. We tried also fried shrimps and they were so good as well. Plus: all dishes are very cheap, so you can enjoy a great seafood at a very good value!

Went there Year, 2013, and raved to all that would listen. Great fish and chips. This year I did takeout and thought it was just so so. The deep fried fish, Ono, was fresh but the batter was really lacking, probably old, making it soggy not crispy. I'll try it again to see if was a one time thing and... More

A couple blocks off the beaten path (read: not on S Kihei Rd), but it was a great find. Hal fish market, half to-go fast food, the food here was fresh, tasty, and not terribly expensive. Would recommend to anyone as a great place to get lunch on your way to the beach!

My husband likes their seafood soup the best. He goes there at least once a week. I like the Fish and Chips.
