Amazing Poke and mac and cheese salad!

My friend found this place for us. It's very easy to get to from Kihei and the restaurant is not on the main street. The place itself is not glamorous, and does not have lot of seating, so i'd recommend to order takeway just in case you can't find a seat. The rice bowl with Poke is value for... read more

We saw this rated as one of the top places in Maui. We thought it was "good" and enjoyed our food. Nothing to rave about but a solid good. We ordered a Kobe burger with fries which was well cooked and the meat was quite delicious. Next we had crab cakes which had real crab meat and a delicious chili... More

Cute place for lunch, great seafood. Worth the search. Although it did get busy service was excellent. We arrived just before the local school was let out. Then it filled up with parents and kids. I love visiting local places, but as "haole" you can get a bad vibe from places. I have to say we felt mostly comfortable. Food... More

Not sure if they ever change the oil they use to fry the food with, this place made me sick literally. The owner seemed very rude, employees were friendly. food is over priced and not worth it! ill be sticking with foodland, safeway has better poke than this place.

They are open Monday-Friday and it's one of the best places to get lunch or dinner. Food is great and so are the prices. We had fish and chips and Coconut Shrimp on our last visit. Place is small , off the beaten path and can get busy (many locals come here) but it is worth the effort to find... More

Found out about this restaurant on our last day in Maui. Food was delicious!! Will visit next time we go back. Fish and chips beat any that I've ever had in Washington state. Ask for a side of their homemade cocktail sauce.

We had 100% fresh poke prepared specially for us, with some gluten-free soy sauce. It was delicious. The fish burger was also very tasty, with fresh crispy fries. Strongly recommend for a tasty light lunch.

Had the fish and chips (fresh Mahi) and it was excellent. Although busy service was fast and food was ready in a timely fashion. Portions were a good size and we were able to share. However if you are a big eater you will need you own. There is not much seating and because of how busy it is it... More

I tried poke at a few different places in Maui, and this was by far the best. In one poke bowl you get four different kinds of poke to try (all placed in the same bowl on top of white rice) and they were all delicious. The tuna quality was excellent, with none of that yucky white membrane that always... More

Found this place in an article about great cheap eats in Maui. Located in a somewhat industrial area, away from the tourist area of Kihei, Eskimo Candy is worth using your GPS to find! Small restaurant geared for both eat in or take out, it has some of the best fish around. Daily plate specials run around $11.00 and are... More
