Great food

Found this restaurant by accident and glad we did. The decor is very typical of Asian style restaurants. Crystal chandeliers, strange dragon art, porcelain kitty cats and of course Christmas lights! I got the crispy duck and it was hands down the best duck I have ever had. The sauce they make that comes with it was absolutely fantastic. My wife got the chicken lemongrass curry and it was also on par with some of the best curry I've tasted. Very good!!

Oh does this place have good Vietnamese food! Reading through the menu is an exercise in discipline trying to decide what to eat. Everything sounds good and every time I have been here, the food has been excellent. It is worth more than one trip!

If this is the best Vietnamese on Maui then go to Seattle quickly!! The spring roll was dry, totally lacking in taste and freshness, the fish was apparently boiled" and just seared, and the chicken was totally dry and wouldn't absorb the sauce. Don't go!! What a rip and we kept our fingers crossed for not having any GI unpleasantness....we... More

Had the wonton soup, beef ball and medium rare beef pho and spring rolls. I would recommend staying away from the wonton soup, the wonton noodles were not even cooked it was disgusting. The broth of the pho was good but there was very little meat and the beef balls were like rubber. The spring rolls were overcooked and lacked... More

It was on Christmas day. Everywhere else was either closed or packed. It was a short line before we got in. The pho was ok. I ordered deep friend mahi which I wouldn't recommend. My husband got the vietnamese style burrito and he chose beef. That was the only thing I liked on the table. The services was great though.

We live here in Kihei and dine at Vietnamese all the time. We love Pho and theirs is the best anywhere. Good service too. Lots of menu items to choose from. If you enjoy vietnamese food you owe it to yourself to dine here.

In a few words my lunch experience at Vietnamese Cuisine: authentic Vietnamese food, genuine hospitality. I will return here. For what they offer, they should be busier.

I laughed when I realized this place was actually called Vietnamese Cuisine. What better way than to get to the point :) It is a mom and pop place and we loved it here. Catfish Clay Pot (comes with a bowl of rice): the fish was very soft and tender. Those who likes catfish will not be disappointed. Those who... More
