One of only 3 places you can get crispy baked chicken! I have not heard one negative comment about this chicken and sauce! Consistent with the other 2 places, yet somehow different. For the price, the value is there! I love to eat and can barely finish the family style chicken meal. Not even restaurants in Honolulu have this chicken!... more

Had lunch here. We ordered fish soup which was too sweet. We also ordered a noodle entree which was okay but nothing special. Maybe the other entrees are better but with what we have tried , I would say its average. more

The food was very good and they were generous in their portions as well. The prices were good as well. If you're looking for a good meal to get you going, I'd highly recommend this place! more

The Crispy Duck at Vietnamese Cuisine deserves unparalleled praise. At first bite, you will realize why: the crispy skin gives way to tender, flavorful duck and every following morsel is a delight. The sauce served with it complements the perfectly-cooked fowl. Other dishes are just as noteworthy and unapologetic about the authenticity. Don't let the unassuming exterior fool you-- this... more

I decided to force my wife to try Vietnamese food and after much protesting she caved and we made our way to Vietnamese Cuisine. A shrimp pop, chicken lemongrass curry, and bowl of chicken Pho later, she became a Vietnamese food fan. The key here is the restaurant - this is a wonderful place. The service is excellent and fast,... more

An small, local secret. The owner's name is Ann, she is the sweetest lady you will meet. I highly recommended the crispy calamari, generous size. I also tried the Steamed Opakapaka filet, and crispy egg noodle with chicken, you will not be disappointed. A family run restaurant with pictures of Ann's family all over. Defintely recommend! more

I am a pho lover! I tried Vietnamese Cuisine a few days ago, and was really disapointed in how aweful it tasted. The broth was extremely sweet - and the portion size was really small considering most pho noodle soup sizes are quite substantial. The shrimp salad roll was overpowered with too much mint and the sprouts were really soggy.... more

We traveled to Maui in December and at stayed in a condo in Wailea. Based on a recommendation from our concierge, we decided to try Vietnamese Cuisine in Kihei for lunch. The food was very good and the wait staff informative. We highly recommend the spring rolls in rice paper and the chicken Pho. We will definitely return on our... more
