If you're in Kihei, you have to try these cinnamon rolls. They are huge and awesome. I got the regular cinnamon roll with cream cheese frosting and it was honestly the best one I've had. In case you don't want cinnamon rolls, they also make breakfast sandwiches. Make sure you get there early in the day because they're only open... More

These cinnamon rolls were huge and absolutely delicious. There was always a line up to get them and you would always see people bringing them down to the beach. Definitely go and support this perfect local restaurant. They always have very good coffee and breakfast sandwiches as well

Go there on an empty stomach. The rolls were awesome. We were going to try the nearby Denny's for breakfast, but, friends told us not to waste our time, so we elected to stop in here for coffee and a roll. GREAT GREAT GREAT!

The place is as advertised. We had huge and delicious cinnamon rolls, very reasonably priced for the size, and boy did they fill us up. The sandwhiches also sounded good but we certainly didn't have any more room in our tummies after the rolls. These are so good they really are worth a special trip.

One morning I got tired of my standard vacation breakfast of bagel w/cream cheese, and didn't feel like making my own coffee, so we walked over to "The Cinnamon Roll Place" (which is what their business cards say). The woman who runs the place was so nice and enjoyable. Cinnamon roll was HUGE, and I thought it was delicious. I... More

Met cinnamon rolls were very good, the breakfast sandwiches went really well with them. The prices were very reasonable. Only complaint would b lack of dinning area.

When I read reviews that the rolls had too much cinnamon, I didn't believe it was possible. However, I agree. It was just overwhelming and detracted from the yummy bread part. Glad to have tried it, but once is enough. Of note, the edge pieces seem to have less so I recommend asking for one of those.

These were better last visit. Too many clumps of just cinnamon that were inedible. Kids did not enjoy them as much this time, was probably just the batch we had.

These were really talked up to us, so one morning my hubby walked down and picked some up. They were good, but I've definitely had better.

I saw reviews and pictures on yelp for this place so it was the first place we went for breakfast when we arrived in Maui. Don't get me wrong, the cinnamon rolls are homemade and really good, but not out of this world. Worth a stop if you love cinnamon rolls. I was a little disappointed with the frosting. It... More
