Great spot for a quick & delicious meal

We stopped here for a late breakfast/early lunch one day. Service was very friendly and they were very patient as we read through all the options on the menu. Quick to offer suggestions - which is something I really like. Our sandwiches were great! And the prices are very good for the area.

Just left after our first visit and enjoyed every bit of it. Delicious pannini (Mona Lisa) and Mediterranean salad that was a work of art in itself. Hysterical selection of greeting cards and magnets, free internet and board games add character to a great neighborhood cafe. Great prices too. Just go!

The best breakfast food bar none. Great service and the most yummy breakfast bagels. Very fresh and so good. But what sets this place apart is the funniest cards and fridge magnets you have seen. Trust me…..you will laugh out loud at the cards and magnets. Rudest, crudest and truest you will see. So funny. Great service and great food.... More

There are breakfast items, sandwiches, salads and soup on the menu. I've tried a few different paninis and they have been good. There is outdoor seating and a few spots inside including a couch if you want to relax and eat. There is an unusual assortment of magnets and cards for sale. Don't read them if you don't have a... For breakfast or lunch you could not beat these sandwiches and get the greens and not the chips. I think the owner though we were strange we stopped in often. Right across from beach for a quick picnic...

We were staying in a nearby hotel and had breakfast and lunch here several times. Great coffee, scones and bagels, and one panini-of-the-day (turkey/stuffing/cranberry/cheese/mayo) was to die for. Prices are reasonable. Service is friendly but slow (hey, it's Maui, and sometimes the lines are long, and everything is prepared to order). While you wait, there are entertaining cards, magnets, and... More

Although we walked past here everyday on our way to the beach, we ate lunches and breakfasts in our condo until the last day. We knew of the excellent reviews and reputation of the Cafe, but waited until the last day of our stay. And then lunch was so good we wished we had stopped more often. Great sandwiches, reasonable... We were looking for a place to grab lunch on a rainy day in Kihei. We checked Tripadvisor reviews and decided to give Cafe a la Plage a try. It took us a bit to figure out where it was, but we were glad we put in the effort to find it. I had the Mona Lisa - Grilled Chicken... More

Had lunch here today based on all the positive reviews. I ordered the Mona Lisa, it was tasty with real chicken breast, I really enjoyed it. My husband ordered the Maui Melt, the turkey wasn't deli turkey it was some sort of processed gelatinous turkey, very strange. If not for that, I would have rated the Cafe a very good... More
