My family stopped in every day for coffee and a pineapple or coconut bagel for our son. The people are friendly, the food tasty and the best latte on the island. Our 6 year old Jack loved the games (we played battleship quite a bit) and it is right across from the beach with ample outdoor seating.

Great food, affordable, quiet place to lounge with your little ones, play board games, sip a limonade. Nice books and newspapers selection. Just a nice little place to chill. French influence and joie de vivre!

We stopped in for lunch and absolutely love it! I had a Mediterranean Melt (aka Tuna melt with tomato, Swiss cheese and house mayonnaise) with a side salad and a strawberry-banana smoothie. My friend had the Chicken Bacon Ranch Melt with cheddar. The serving was generous and it was delicious! Strongly recommended!

Friendly staff with amazing breakfast and lunch bagels, paninis and sandwiches. Love their creative selections of the above. Close to Kam I Beach and shopping. Don't miss "Pepper" on the patio.

Coffee was good. Staff friendly. Good price on breakfast sandwich particularly considering how expensive Hawaii can be.

While we can't say enough good things about the food, this is a lovely cafe for mature adults, seemingly frequented by adults. I don't believe I saw a child there ever. Just as well. The selection of printed matter is completely inappropriate for young people. I was uncomfortable with the material, and wonder at its necessity, since I didn't see... More

This LGBT owned cafe, tucked away in a strip mall, is set up like an indoor French bistro accompanied, on the morning we visited, by really good music with a Reggae beat. A very eclectic mix. They offer an extensive menu of sandwiches, coffees and island drinks. I chose a combo of lox, cream cheese, red onion, tomato and capers.... More

I stopped in for a quick snack with my kids and while I was ordering, they were browsing the greeting card display. Let's just say that unless you want your kids reading cards with cartoon drawings of BJs and the word "cock" on them, I would not take them in the store. My kids know about the birds & the... More

Cafe La Plage has awesome breakfast sandwiches at a great price. I've been visiting these guys for a few years now and they never let me down. Their food is always excellent and the environment is clean and pleasant. It's a great breakfast, in a great spot, at a great price.
