We've been eating our meals at the Four Seasons because we are staying there, but decided to go to the shops and see what was up there. We decided on a whim to eat an early dinner at Ruths. It was FANTASTIC. So much better than anything the 4S has to offer. Our steaks were wonderful, the service was perfect!... more

Ruth's Chris is always reliable when you want a thick juicy steak and don't mind paying a fairly stiff price for the meal. The Wailea location is a great place to enjoy a relaxing sunset dinner. The staff is attentive and skilled and there is no feeling of being rushed, yet when I was pressed for time once they performed... more

I am always rubbishing my American friends that steaks in the US are tasteless and bland and tough. I have eaten at CraftSteak in Vegas, SW at the Wynn and a number of other reputable chains and never been impressed. I have eaten at a few cafes and had passable steaks. This is a chain and not all that outstanding. The food is good, not great. The service was average but went downhill when he brought us our dessert wine after we had been served our dessert and were on the last bite. We complained and they took the wine off of our bill. This is a nice option for dining... more

Have eaten at Ruth Chris' a lot, mainly in Southeastern states. This one has same quality food and service as the others. However, now they are offering a deal where you can get a salad or soup, an entree, and a dessert for either $39 or $49, depending on your entree. Tough to write a review when you dont even sit down.....but. Rude staff upfront. A very "I dont give a crap" attitude led us to leave on two seperate occasions. Thankfully Tommy Bahamas was right next door and simply a great spot. They dont have a deck either so really useless. Dont waste your time!! more
