Great find

A friend in Maui told us about this place. We decided to try it and what a great find it was! The fish was fresh and light. The service was very friendly. Who would have thought that this is in Maui!

Best sushi I've ever had! Very small place...be sure and get a reservation weeks in advance. Seats 10 at the sushi bar and has one other table. Chef Kudo churns out the freshest most tasty sushi you'll ever have. Did I say don't go anywhere else? Enjoy and thank me later. Aloha!!

We were lucky enough to get in without reservations one night, and had the best, freshest, most beautiful sushi I have had in a long time. The shop is very small, with limited seating. There is almost always a waiting list, thus the need for reservations. Locals in the know come here, not only for the great food, and authentic... More

small cozy sushi restaurant in a strip mall in kihei, very clean and comfortable. owner and chef is a friendly japanese gentleman. we enjoyed spicy tuna hand roll, rainbow roll, unagi, tako, sweet shrimp, hamachi, spicy tuna, and house saki. fish so incredibly fresh. have had plenty of sushi on plenty of islands, but never as good as this place.

We had received quite a few recommendation for Koiso- we were lucky to get a last minute reservation. The restaurant is family owned, and very small- if you do not have a reservation you will not get a table. We were surprised when we cane in how quiet the restaurant was and were told by other diners it was because... More

Love this place! Best fish you will ever have as everything is so fresh and skillfully prepared. Very small but quaint atmosphere. Has 15 total seats (11 at the sushi bar and 1 table for 4) so you must make a reservation. The place is always booked so no walk ins ever are able to get seated. Also, make your... More

Incredibly fresh sushi, and great and friendly service. Doesn't look like much from the outside, but wonderful sushi rolls and very friendly staff

Found this place just down the street from our hotel. For a small place the sushi quality is top notch! Had some hot green tea that was so good. The texture of the fish was exquisite. Overall I strongly recommend this place.

This restaurant is small. Reservation is a must. According to my friend local there, it was sometimes difficult to get a table unless we call the restaurant one week prior to the visit. Of course, Sushi here is outstanding! It's a hidden gem in South Kihei.

The place is tiny and very intimate, and by the time you've enjoyed an incredible meal, you'll probably know everyone in the restaurant. We were one of 4 couples and we really did enjoy every other couple there. Hiro, the owner and man behind the counter, is charming and obviously loves what he does. The fish is very fresh, you'll...
