An excellent find!!

What a fantastic Italian eatery and bakery on Maui. Service is first rate, the ambience pleasant and the food is incredibly good including the baked goods. This is a family restaurant, although the Bar is interesting with a couple of TV's and nice seating. If you have kids, they can play outside in... read more

We went to Fabiani's for the first time for breakfast the other day, and were not disappointed. The service was slow and it did take us probably 20 minutes to get served coffee, but we were not in a rush that morning. The baking looked absolutely wonderful. Everyone found something to order and liked their choices. The food was very... More

The pizza is really good. We ordered after a day out and picked it up on our way home. The price is good, but when we called we told them we would be there in 30 minutes and the young lady on the phone said it would be ready in 15. We asked if she could wait 15 minutes to... More

With previous reviews raving about the pizza, my husband & I decided to give it a try. I can't even begin to tell you how disappointed I was with the pizza - You could make better pizza at home, hands down, no contest. Their pizza sauce is like tomato soup - uggghhhh!! Where's the garlic, where's the basil? Where's the... More

Very good pizza. One 12” is enough for two people. IPA on draft. For Happy hour prices you need to be sitting at the bar not at a table. We have been at happy hour and the bar seating is completely full it would be nice if they allowed happy hour at the tables as well. Just had to leave... More

We heard about this place from a vendor selling plants attached to lava rocks (Lorenzo, Mike says hi). Never would have tried this place otherwise. I am so happy we tried it! Fantastic food at a reasonable price. We had bruschetta with ahi as an appetizer-Excellente. We split a pizza and a Maui house salad- perfectly done pizza. Dessert-wow what... More

Excellent and authentic Italian thin crust pizza. Friends of ours went and found the gluten free pizza to be even better. There is a three dollar additional charge for the gluten free crust. Pasta dishes are also excellent according to my husband and friends. Their side salads are big enough to share. Service is great. Have not tried their desserts... More

The service was great! We had a cheery energetic waitress. Both of our pasta dishes were good, very authentic Italian cuisine. And the desserts were delicious! My husband had the crumble cake, which was a wonderful dessert, which wasn't too sweet. And I had the tiramisu cheesecake, it was a decadent cheesecake with a subtle taste of coffee. I definitely... Four of us were here for dinner recently. The food was good ,but not memorable. Service was excellent & prices for food & wine were very reasonable. Two of us had veal picatta. The veal was tender and the sauce was decent. My wife thought her pasta & seafood was cooked to perfection but the sauce was a little bland.... More

Found by word of locals and well worth it. We went once for breakfast and another day for dinner. Great food and wonderful staff. WARNING: The bakery section is impossible to resist. If you are not interested, advised to close your eyes when passing by.
