This little gem is hidden away in the food court of the Lahaina Cannery Mall and is genuine unpretentious Vietnamese food. We had the Pho meal and split it between the two of us - It was plenty for us and very good food with friendly staff. We had the bonus of eating there on a Sunday early afternoon when... More

We read about this in a traveler's guide and decided to stop by. The food was amazing, I ordered Pho and the bowl was big enough to feed 3 people. Loved it, would definitely go again

I wish we discovered this place at the beginning of our trip not the end! I believe there is also a restaurant in Lahaina, where we stayed. Anyway, we found this place on accident. I was looking for takeout food to bring on our plane ride home. Actually, I was craving fried rice from one of our favorite places, Aloha... More

I consider myself an expert on pho, and this version is quite good. Enormous portions with a lot of meat; broth is a bit weak but OK once you spice it up and add the greenery they supply. Their sandwiches are very good; perfect for a picnic lunch.

Some days, they are better than others with their orders. The other day at lunch was messy there. I enjoy their pho and wanted their seafood variety. Said the word, not the number so I was served seafood saimin. Very tasty, lots of veggies, and happy to have had this 'mistake'. My friend ordered her food and someone else did... More

Located in the food court of the Maui Marketplace. Extensive menu. Ordered the lemongrass chicken with rice. Tasted like a sweet curry chicken and nothing like lemongrass chicken I've had elsewhere. Others ordered pho and the saimin which were okay. Best dish would probably be any of the baguette sandwiches. I have read that it is difficult to get good... More

Cheap and good It's very hard to find good food under $10 on maui. Large menu. Great pho. Flavorful and large. French bagettes for $1. Good selection of vietnamese desserts. Looked up other vietnamese restaurants on the island but many do not serve pho

I got a lemongrass chicken sandwich this time around. I usually order the spring rolls and the beef plate. Love the sweetness of the sauce and the rice is better prepared than other Asian restaurants. New cashier so the service was better than last reviewed! like the layered jello and the great tapiocas! like the honeydew melon, the sweet potato... More

Had the lemon grass chicken with noodles. Although the sauce was tasty, the chicken was not eadable. Seemed like it was days old and merely reheated, not too mention oily. Tossed the food and went next door for tacos. Much tastier and excellent quality. I suggest you skip Bale.
