The setting is beautiful. The patio is the place to be, for views of the golf course. We took 8 boys and everyone loved their dinner. Very reasonably priced! If they want to class it up, they can get new glasses. But, really that is just a minor suggestion...

This is one of the most popular restaurants in central Maui and also one of the best. If you go for lunch you will wait, even with reservations. The food is very good, portions are generous, service is as good as can be, and the views are beautiful.

On the plus side, they make a great brownie sundae. The brownies seemed fresh out of the oven. The service was above average. The prices are reasonable. On the negative side, my daughter's steak was 50% fat and gristle and came smeared with a heavy garlic based sauce. . A sandwich selection was pretty good. I'd suggest they offer a... More

Of all the places to eat, I think that Cafe O'Lei gives you more for your money than any other restaurant on the island. It is consistently good and I tried not to go there too many times so to keep it a special place.

We had not dined here in a few years and we were very satisfied with the food, prices, and service. The view of the golf course and West Maui Mountains is very pleasant. It has got to be the best value for the money of any restaurant on Maui. The quality of the food is excellent and it is locally... More

Went back to the Cafe O'Lei after a long absence, and was wonderfully surprised with the tasty hamburger and onion soup we enjoyed for lunch. We wanted something quick and easy in the comfort food category, and our food was totally delicious! Way to go! We even made it a point to go back again about a week later, with... More

Ate here on several days after playing The Dunes Golf Course. Food is excellent and many locals come to eat. Everything I tried was excellent and the choices are numerous for a golf venue. Restaurant overlooks the 1st tee and 18th green and nearby mountains. Not far from Kahului and airport.

We had breakfast here as part of a Bike Tour group. Don't know about prices but the food was cold. Toast was served after we finished eating. The juice tasted like water (coloured water). Don't recommend this to anyone except the view.
