Description: This is the only shrimp truck on Maui. Shrimp trucks are very popular on Oahu, so I wanted to compare/rate this business.

Read about Geste Shrimp Truck and had to try for ourselves. Lots of other people had the same idea. Some eating in their cars, others on the grass. We both ordered the Spicey Hawiian shrimp. Comes with rice, mac/potatoe salad. Lots of chunks of pineapple too. I asked for mine not too spicey and they were happy to oblige. I... More

The Geste Shrimp Truck is tucked in with several food trucks on Kahului Beach Road. Nothing to look at, no tables or facilities, nothing but fantastic food. We picked up an order of Lemon Pepper and one of Spicy Pinapple. Both great taste experiences. 12 peel and eat shrimp served on Cabbage, with rice and Crab Macaroni Salad. The shrimp... More

Ok let me start by saying I don't buy fish/ shrimp off the back of a truck.....but this place was the exception! I was very wary about eating shrimp off a truck but after I read the reviews I tried it. This is peel and eat shrimp, the skin and tail is on the shrimp. But This was the best... More

I don't usually eat food out of the truck on vacation. But this place was awesome. It does look a little bit sketchy, but it was tasty and worth the trip over. Get the spicy pineapple, it has a little more kick than the Hawaiian.

For Food Trucks, this is as good as it gets. This Cash Only place, serves up some delicious food, hot and fresh. We shared the Combo plate, which is plenty enough food for 2 people, unless you are really hungry, then go for a plate yourself. For the Combo plate, we didn't realize that the hot dog, is actually a... More

The most flavorful shrimps I've had for a long time, certainly from a truck/stall by the roadside, but even better than many proper restaurants. The wait for your order whets the appetite with the tickling smell from the cooking. There are picnic tables by the Hale Kiawe fishing club around the corner, with views of the harbor. With such skills,... More

Great shrimp, but plan on taking your meal somewhere else. No tables, bench's or anywhere to sit and eat, so you need to grab it and go... some where. Try the spicy, and/or the pineapple shrimp. Awesome !! Just a truck on the side of the road, but you will love it... you just can't eat it... here.

If you want to eat just good food, this is the place for you. This is a food truck on Kahului beach road (don't rely on their website for address) with no frills. Just simple delicious shrimp you don't want to miss in Maui. Best time would just before you drive back to the airport which is a 10 minute... More

We got one of each and as delicious as they were, as found that most were quite salty. Missing the rice in the leftover sauce was money. Shrimp trucks aren't as common in Maui as in Oahu so this was a novelty but their side of the hwy location was a bit of a deterrent. Overall, nice to try once.

Wow...what more needs to be said. The shrimp here was amazingly good. Went here twice in one week and I'd go again today if I could :-( The best deal on the island for a meal you won't forget.
