Your GPS device will probably lead you to the large parking space behind the building. You can gain entrance to the Restaurant both from Kaahumanu Avenue, where a large awning with the sign Bistro Casanova will guide you from the parking stalls to the front door, and from Lono Avenue, where a large sign shows the entrance from its main address: 33 Lono Avenue. In both cases, you'll have no problem in finding parking, day or night time. See you inside, where you'll be able to choose a table in the air conditioned dining rooms or "al fresco", in the lanai.

This is a sister restaurant to Casanova's in Makawao but with a slightly different menu. They really are the best restaurant in Kahului as far as food quality, taste and selections. The lunch menu offers sandwiches and the dinner menu offers more pastas and entrees. ATMOSPHERE: Plain interior, nothing special. There's a small bar, as well as a separate room... More

My wife and I dined here with a friend on our last day on Maui. Why? It's close to the airport and our friend's hotel (Courtyard Maui Kahului Airport). Located in a office building in Kahului, Bistro Casanova is a small Italian restaurant with a romantic type atmosphere. The interior is dim with white table cloth, etc. Despite this, there... More

I wrote a previous review about this being a great place for lunch but not for happy hour. I'm happy to say that we have since returned to Bistro Casanova for lunch and were informed that the afternoon/evening manager was no longer with them. We decided to give happy hour another try and had a fantastic time. Food is good.... More

We ate at Bistro Casanova with our son and daughter in law and had a very nice meal. The food was prepared using fresh ingredients, the prices were reasonable and the staff was very personable. We have eaten at Casanova's in Makawao before and are quite happy with the bistro. We would definitely return.

Had a wonderful meal and drinks at Bristol Casanova. The servers know the menu and the happy hour drinks a delish! I would go back again but it is pricey! The setting is very nice everyone is very friendly.

Good place for tapas and some pasta with friends. Good happy hour for margaritas too. Sit outside for less noise and more privacy.

Great bistro food with reasonable prices. Itʻs our go to place when we want appetizers and cocktails or a special night out. I love the salads, calamari & eggplant parmesan but my absolute favorite is the Hoʻokipa fire cocktail. Itʻs like a margarita with a little basil and a little heat from Hawaiian chili pepper. Super ʻono! You can dress... More
