We stopped in for lunch and it was dirty! Our waiter had on clothes that were so slopped on with grease and food that I was wondering how this place got such a good rating from other diners! The food was mediocre and had no imagination.

Outstanding American Comfort Food! Shakes, rings, burgers! Great service! Privacy at your own booth to read the paper or your Kindle...several peeps were doing this. A memorable food fest!

We came across Ruby's by chance while at the Kaʻahumanu Mall and looking for somewhere to have brunch. It is a good sized restaurant with a 1950's setting, nice atmosphere and cheerful efficient servers. The food was very good, the portions quite generous and the service was great. In fact the ladies couldn't finish their servings, so in the several... More

The service was really slow and not very attentive. If you join it birthday club, then it's great since the kids eat free. The food was ok..I had their sliders and fries, but here the fries are ala carte.

Ruby's is a place we have been to a number of times in a number of cities, the first time at this one after our trip to the park (the Ion needle) The food is fine and the service is OK

Ruby's is great for the family. Kids' menu come with crayons to keep them occupied. I find the choice of seafood and vegetarian dishes refreshing. Staff are friendly and helpful and the bottomless coffee is fresh! The meals are affordable and the helpings are ample. The restaurant is situated centrally so it is great for meeting friends and business associates.... More

Ruby's has an extensive menu (6 pages I think?) which is why I think it's probably great for families (which we saw a lot of that day). My husband had a burger and fries which was good but a bit greasy even for burgers. I had fish tacos that came with two very big servings and were good but not... More

Not the best or worst burger. It does look a little tired inside. I have been in way dirtier bathrooms, but it smells bad. The fries tasted like they had been fried in the same oil as fish. Just OK. Web have been here before, so we might be back.

We enjoyed the heck out of our Cinnamon French Toast combo breakfast! There are no Ruby's close to my home, so I was really looking forward to breakfast here. Service was very prompt and attentive. Food just what I expected. Delicious.

Rarely come into this place. Something about it feels unclean and not 'right'. My visit the other night proved I'll not set foot in there again to eat. Burger was a small thin thing... like a patty from a fast food restaurant. Nothing at all like the image in their menu. Bait & switch? Probably! Bun collapsed easily due to... More
