Not too often do you find a really great place to eat in a shopping mall, but Ruby's Diner in the large mall at Kahului is absolutely the best. Good food, generous portions, reasonably priced, and good service describes Ruby's. We'll spend our money there anytime (and we are all from Maui and know the good dining spots). more

We stopped in at Ruby's Diner when we went shopping at the Queen Ka'ahumanu Center Mall. The entrance is outside the mall just to the side of the main entrance.
