A less expensive option than the hotel but still not worth the visit. The Hana ranch view is nice, but the food is mediocre and the service is poor. Don't waste your time.

With only about 5 menu choices, the options were limited. But with all the other options to do on Maui only a few options was great! Funny little place. The person that served us and cooked our food, served our food and left to take her son to school; trusting us to be there when she returned. How could we... More

When you first see this wagon in the middle of nowhere it may not seem so great, but if you dare and sit there to eat you will be awarded for your courage! The food is ok and the service a bit slow if there are other customers before you. The atmosphere though has something special and it is really... More

We did not get to eat here because they were not open for breakfast at 8:30 even though they had a sign up that said OPEN, and breakfast was advertised as beginning at 6:30. We could hear somebody listening to TV inside the house, but in spite of the 8 year old with us shouting "I'm hungry!", nobody came out.... More

If the title offends you, this is not the place for you - find somewhere else to eat. My family (my boys are 17 & 20) really enjoyed our experience at Uncle Bill's. Eating here reminded me of going to my best friend's house for breakfast when I was a kid. The food is good, but really nothing special -... More

Burnt funny face pancakes made of Krusteaz mix, eggs, and bacon are pretty much what this place has to offer. Very limited menu. The omelettes taste pretty good, but Phyllis puts whatever she wants in them. However the atmosphere here is about as authentically local as you're going to get it, so make sure to stop for a bite!

...not worth repeating, unless you like omelets crispy on the outside and raw in the middle. The veggies in the omelet consisted of onions and over cooked broccoli. The coffee was undrinkable. It's hard for a cook to ruin a basic breakfast, but Phyllis can do it. Maybe she's so busy entertaining the patrons with her salty schtick that she... More

Excellent food, service, and hospitality. I live on Maui and had three friends visiting when we found this hidden gem. Such a relaxed cruise environment perfect for breakfast. I will be back!! Mahalo for the great time!

Stopped on a lark...actually doubled back on the way to Ranch house. Limited menu..pancakes, eggs, bacon, milk or coffee..no juice. Out of toast because she didnt want to go to Costco. Which I can understand. Substituted pancakes which were made from Krusteaz, but altered somehow to her own unique style. Cash only and you put whatever you want in the... More
