Out of a converted bus.... maybe a 3.5

Not many restaurant choices of along the Road to Hana. We stopped at the 29 mile marker and tried this place. Food was prepared well, tasty, and a little pricey for what it was but I guess finding decent food out in the middle of nowhere is somewhat of a blessing... We had the Hana Beef with... read more

What a great stop on the road to Hana! The gal cooking was super nice and the food was really Ono. We had the chicken chow mein and fish and chips and practically licked both plates clean. Nice seating area reserved for this stand was very welcome. The only negative was the price. I didn't expect to be paying $15-20... More

The chef cooking up our fish and chips was extremely nice. Everything was fresh and cooked to perfection. Best place to eat at the end of the Road to Hana!

There's not much to choose from out there on the road to Hana. We had actually made a goal of eating at the barbecue place next to this place, but it was closed, so we ate here. a place Lonely Planet rated highly. Meh. No disrespect to the lady running the place, who was working hard and serving decent food,... More

After a few hours on The Road To Hana we felt quite a bit hungry. The Nihiku Market Place was a good place to take a break, can't miss it when you pass it. There are a few food options here, this one being the busiest (on that day). There are lots of dishes on the menu. Mostly Asian (inspired)... More

Not only did the chef cut us a break because we didn't have exact change for him, but the fish and chips were excellent! Such a great meal after a long morning of driving.

Mahi mahi fish and chips were great. Reminded me of fish and chips in the UK. This dish was actually one of the best things we ate during our 20 day tour through the Hawaiian Islands.

I have been to this establishment three times and every single time the owner, an older woman in her 60s is hostile and nasty if you ask her any questions, try to have a conversation with her, or have issue with food. The coconut shrimp dish is good, but never will I darken her door again OR recommend the many... More

Very good food. I had the coconut shrimp and my husband had the chicken and broccoli. There also some little shops to look In while you wait for your food. It gets busy around lunch time, so you will have to wait. Highly recommend stopping and eating here.

Stopped here on the way back from Hana. Ordered the Coconut shrimp, they were not cheap ($20) but were probably the best that I have ever tasted. Nice big butterflied jumbo shrimp had battered an cooked to perfection. We also had the Striped Marlin fish and chips. They were good also.
