This is Manele Bay's Fine Dining (dinner only) restaurant. It is not open every night, they suggest reservations because many guests from the Lodge dine here also. It was dead the night we were here. Ihlani serves mostly italian fare in a prix fixe, multi course format. When we were there was about $58 for 2 courses + dessert and $68 for just 3 courses. This place is to die for. First visit - I had the cauliflower soup with lobster truffles and mung chung special, My wife had the phyllo wrapped Ahi tuna and Onaga alla Puttanesca. My husband and my 10 month old daughter had dinner there tonight and it was phenomenal. Although it seemed like a formal dining place, they had a kids menu .
