ONE FORTY's name pays homage to Lanai's beautiful 140 square miles and a steak prepared at 140 degrees. At Manele Bay, enjoy traditional breakfast fare with an island influence and dinner featuring hand cut steaks and fish caught just off shore. With an emphasis on local ingredients, our Chef showcases the flavors native to Hawaii. Choose a wine from our accomplished 300 bottle selection and enjoy the picturesque view of Hulopoe Bay.

One Forty Restaurant at the Four Seasons Manele was a great restaurant with Great Views of the Manele Bay. We shared the mahi-mahi fish special and the Maui onion salad which were delicious! The One Forty is also the restaurant for morning breakfast, yummy buffet!

While in Lanai, we ate breakfast at One Forty every morning. We also had a few dinners there, including Thanksgiving dinner. The service was excellent, the open air atmosphere and views were great, and the food was very good. Our favorite One Forty item was the Eggs Benedict. It has a pineapple salsa on it that really makes this dish... More

We had their breakfast buffet which had pretty much all of the choices I wanted, a good mix of western and japanese breakfast. Fresh juices made to order and lots of delicious fruits. This was much better than the breakfast option at the Lodge.

We ate here twice during our stay on Lana'i and it was great both times. My favorite was the lobster mash potatoes! So incredibly yummy. Great wine selections and the dessert was fabulous. Great views of Hulopo'e Bay.

We enjoyed breakfast here several mornings and an amazing dinner one night while on vacation. The views are breathtaking and the food amazing. Service was always friendly and attentive. My only complaint is that I came home about 7 pounds heavier, ha haha!

Great fillet mignon! The bronchi soup was unique and very tasty. Consider a glass of the house 140 Cabernet Sauvignon with your steak. Full body, touch of smoke, full of fruit and very drinkable. A perfect pairing with a steak!
