BAD SERVICE! Our table was broken and the waiter said he would be right back to fix it.... and never returned. My food was served to me ice cold and the people sitting next to us were waiting 45 minutes for their entree after being served their salad. They just walked out after being ignored. more

Don't expect fine dining at this place. Don't necessarily expect to get a menu or someone to serve you either. The prices are cheap (for Lanai), the setting is "nostalgic dumpy" and the food is mostly edible (burgers, sandwiches, plate lunches).
