Home baked bread was yummy, but it was the friendly service by Dennis and his staff that I enjoyed the most. All the best in the catering business!

This is a neighborhood joint but not very friendly and the food is pretty bad. I have been there 3 times but will not go again. No ambiance, no service, and the breakfasts are far better in other places nearby. Give this one a pass.

The owner was a gruff guy with a kind heart! He made my mom something for breakfast that was actually off the lunch menu when it caught her eye... Homemade sweetbread toast was delicious and soft. Loved the casual help-yourself style of the utensils and coffee. I loved the mushroom and asparagus omelet. A lovely little stop in the heart... More

My husband and I stopped on our way back from our morning excursion and were pleasantly surprised by this gem. A very simple place( paper plates and plastic utensils) with great food. My husband had the double loco moco, which he thoroughly enjoyed. This is something since he doesn't normally eat breakfast. I had the asparagus and mushroom omelet which... More

Everything here was good. We enjoyed the French Toast w/ coconut syrup and the Loco Moco. Everything is served with paper and plastic utensils which I am not a big fan of, but the service was fast and friendly and the food was good.

We love breakfast and Dennis delivers! The pancakes are VERY good and you can't go wrong with eggs. It was great every day and the atmosphere is very local and quaint. If you go, tell Dennis the "Jayhawks" say hello. They are closed on Sunday and Monday.

My wife and I had breakfast here each morning while on the island of Kauai for our Daughter's wedding. The entrees are large portions (my wife and I split an entree each morning) and quite tasty and reasonably priced. The service is very friendly and efficient. We especially appreciate the thanks we received from our waitress for bringing them so... More

A nice selection of items including a good, basic breakfast that was very quickly prepared. Very low-key, with paper plates and plastic utensils. Pleasant decor and low prices. And open Sunday, unlike the majority of Waimea's restaurants.

I read a review of this restaurant on Trip Advisor and we decided to give it a try for breakfast on the way to the Waimea Canyon. Right on Hwy 50 by the grocery store it was easy to find. Great value for a wonderful ham and cheese omelet, hash browns and thick slices of whole wheat bread. We'll go... More

Excellent meal this morning at Obsessions Cafe. We barely finished ordering and sat down and our food was heading to our table. Big portions for a reasonable price. We had the loco mono and asparagus and mushroom omelet. Good sized 3 egg Omelet came with deliciously crispy hash browns and thick slices of buttered toast for under $8! So glad... More
