Best coffee on Island!

Being a local I have sampled all of the coffee places on island and this is one of my top two (rainbeau joes in Lihue being the other). Candy, the owner, is eclectic, vibrant and very entertaining to say the least. The coffee is organic & locally roasted. She has all the fixings cream, soy milk... read more

We stopped to get iced coffee here while we were driving around exploring the island. The lady was super nice and told us about places to go and recommended beaches as well. The coffee was nice and there was an art gallery connected to the coffee shop which was pretty cool too.

Best coffee, best service and friendliest service and customers! Gotta stop here for coffee! If there's a line, it's well worth the wait. Just relax and talk to the other customers in the shop or walk around the gallery that's connected.

Being from one of the coffee capitals in the world (pacific northwest), I can be a harsh critic sometimes. However, when we entered this charming little art gallery with an espresso stand in the back, a woman said "this is the best barista on the island". And she seriously wasn't kidding. We got a couple iced vanilla lattes, and holy... More

Whoever wrote that the coffee was good needs to get their tastebuds checked! There is no drip coffee, only a cold americano from an overextracted stale coffee been. Oh, and that'll run you the ridiculous price of $4. GROSS!

We were given a recommendation by a local that this was the best coffee in town. It's made from locally grown and roasted beans and was very good indeed. You can take out the coffee in a Starbucks-style paper cup or sit and enjoy it in the exhibition of local art. The shop is in the centre of town, just... More

Driving to Waimea canyon early in the morning, seemed like it was not many coffee shops were open but this one..We walked into the gallery, and first impression was are we in the right place, but the young lady assured we were and directed us to the coffee shop inside the gallery, behind the other door. Coffee was good, pastries... More

This little spot in Waimea is a reminder that small, local and eccentric is still alive and thriving. And a great "customized" coffee... made just the way you like... the amount of coffee, milk, chocolate, temperature... try getting THAT at Starbucks. And, we had a freshly heated fudge brownie all the while sipping on the porch overlooking the quiet Capt.... More

We got into Aloha-n- Paradise pretty much by accident. My husband is an espresso lover, so we decided to check it out. The coffee shop looks a little shabby from outside, however we've got excellent coffee and chai tea. The owner/server was extremely nice, we had a lovely conversation, definitely it was a highlight of our day. Art gallery was... More
