We got there a little late as the evening sun had just gone down. However we still had some light. The service was very slow. Drinks were good and the view was great.

The view of Hanalei Bay from the St. Regis lobby knocks your socks off but just wait until you see sunset from the St. Regis bar. Amazing! The food and drinks are top notch, too. A bit pricey but hey, its a St. Regis so don't complain! You'll want to try some of the island drinks here as they are... More

Before leaving for our Kauai vacation, a friend suggested I try the Lava Flow tropical drink if I have never had one before. I hadn't and accepted his very colorful recommendation. So, my wife and I chose to try our first Lava Flow at the St. Regis bar that overlooks Hanalei Bay. We couldn't have chosen a better place. The... More

Very relaxing and comfortable. Great sunset views. Plenty of room. We went there every night either before or after dinner – great place to relax and unwind at the end of the day

Bottom line, you will be sorry if you don't stop by the St Regis Bar for a sunset and adult beverage. The lobby area and magnificent views were absolutely worth the trip. I would recommend getting there early as it gets crowed as the sunset gets closer. The drinks were a little expensive BUT were superior.. We tried a couple... More

The St. Regis is most likely the prettiest spot on the island for a great view of Hanalei Bay. The drinks are great, especially the Mai Tai. Food is just average....nice names and descriptions on the menu, but the taste/quality of the food is not any better than what you will find in an average restaurant on the mainland, especially... We have been staying in Princeville for three days now, and we have already been to the St. Regis Bar for sunset twice. First time it was spitting rain, but that did not take away from the magnificent beauty of the surrounding areas. You will enjoy views of the mountains, the Pacific water's edge, the mystical cloud coverage, and the... More

We did not eat anything besides the snacks they bring you, but the drinks were great and you'll never see a sunset like that in your life again! Oh and the sabering of the champagne at 7:00 every night is pretty fun too. Come early to get a decent seat.
