Come early for the sunset view. Even if there are clouds, they turn amazing colors as the sun goes down. Top that off with romantic folk music, great food and a wonderful ambiance. I'd give 5 stars but it is a little pricey. We came early (around 5:30 or 6) and got a table with a great view. It's definitely... More

St Regis has an outstanding location and the st Regis bar shines in this aspect. The drinks were well made and the sunset perfect. Food was lacking. We ordered an array of appetizers and we both felt none of them rose to the expectation. On one dish, a crab ball, it was so salty we sent it back. Our waiter... More

good food (1/2 the price of food at the restaurant at the hotel)... wagyu slider, crab beignet, samosas are awesome... Slow service for the bar service 2 of the 3 visits but if you let the server know they were better at getting drinks quicker

Pamela and I showed up early for the Sunday sunset & Jazz music experience. I like jazz and have played it in one form or another for years so The St. Regis on Sundays seemed like a natural. No one manning the guard shack and so we had no idea it was Valet parking ONY beyond that point. We got... More

We had drinks at the bar overlooking the bay. It was just a spectacular view. The appetizers and the drinks were expensive but very good. It's a North Shore must.

The St. Regis Bar is like many other traditional lobby bars, comfortable, nice bar menu and lovely views. I enjoyed it a lot.

Order carefully - some of the appies are very small but others are large and dinner size. Try the Wagyu burgers or some of the sushi selection. Great views for the sunset, but get there early as it gets busy.

Plan your day so you can watch the sunset from here on the outdoor terrace. We had a great waitress the first time and a great waiter the second night. We told them they should go work in the Kauai Grill where the service isn't great.

The bar is a lovely location. The drinks are very good with a good wine list as well. The entertainment was of high quality and very enjoyable - not too loud. It is a lovely place to go to start or end your evening.
