I expect a certain calibre of service, ambience and overall quality when I'm paying St. Regis prices and at a St. Regis. What a disappointment! The view was lovely and the lobby was elegant, but that was it. My mero entree was excellent but my husband's ahi was average. Our waitress tried hard but wasn't "polished." Everything was way too... We got there right when it opened to be seated by a window for the view of the sunset. Definitely recommend that. Everything we ordered was delicious and prepared perfectly. Service was excellent. Loved it!

One of the best meals to be had. The amazing service was only surpassed by the food. Truly great (and that's coming from someone who can cook more than 5 different cuisines). Loved it and will go back.

Ok, food was very good and you pay for that. Side dishes way overpriced. Service a bit rushed, without a smile when place was pretty empty, too quick to refill my glass after each sip. No Hawaiian atmosphere at all, could have been anywhere in the world once it got dark! If you are interested in the view, have a... More

Every dish was delicious, interesting and prepared perfectly. The cocktails are unique and excellent. The service is possibly the best on the island. And, it's quite expensive.

While the facility is excellent with wonderful views, the service was indifferent, at best. At a fine dining facility, one should expect consistent, if not outstanding service. That was not the case this evening.

Get to the hotel early to get a seat outside on the patio. Sit back and enjoy the sunset, it's breathtaking. Then head inside the restaurant to enjoy a delicious meal. I was frustrated that we had to wait so long (45-60 minutes) even though we had a reservation. The fish dishes were delicious and I loved the champagne vinegarette... More

Having previously eaten in his NYC restaurant we were excited to find another whilst on holiday from the UK in Kauai. I cannot tell you the difference it is enormous. We did the tasting menu which sounded good and so much of it was excepting for the short ribs which was basically a lump of meat with little flavour and... More

If you looking for quality produce, top notch service and good flavorsome food, you won't be disappointed. Both our starters where great, Chicken Samosas and Hamachi Sashimi. I had the Prime beef which was perfectly cooked and came with a selection of sauces. It certainly all at a price.

The food was good but the fruit flies in the wine were not good. The server looked like they are used to it. Not very appetizing to me..... Overall to much money for the dining experience.
