Located in the Princeville Shopping Center behind the hardware store. Right next to Lei Pettite Bakery and the Lotus Garden. Also in the same area is the Tiki Iniki. The prices are reasonable, the service a little slow, but the taste was very good. The freshness was evident and the portion was enough to fill you up.

Pretty good Mexican food in the Princeville Center. Grab your drinks ahead of time at the Foodland Market. More variety and a bit cheaper. Some nights the center has live music. But always a good place to relax and people watch. Leave room for Lappert's Ice Cream just around the corner.

We wanted to have a light, inexpensive meal close to where we were staying and Frederico's in Princeville was recommended by some locals. It is a take out place, where there is shared patio dining. The food was very good. It was served on picnic plates with plastic utensils. No complaints, go for it!!!

This place is very good. Fresh food. We ate there twice on this trip and we had very good food both times. We are from TEXAS and we know Mexican, well Tex-Mex, and this place hits the spot. The only complaint is they are so busy it takes awhile to get your food. This is not a sit down place... More

I live here part time. I Go to,Federico's quite often, not best Mexican but it's consistently good and hits the spot when your craving Mexican food. The carne asada burrito and chicken taquitos are very good. They usually have a fresh agua fresca of the day.....if your debating between Federico's and Chinese/Thai next door, go here, the other place is... More

Small store, order and they'll bring the food out to your table outside. Excellent Mexican cuisine and a great avocado salad. Very reasonably priced and good service.

They stay busy and the cashier seems comfortable knowing that and acts accordnigly. Being friendly wouldn't hurt..she should try it some time. Food was out fairly quickly. It was okay, nothing special, but I wasn't expecting great mexican food in the middle of the Pacific. It served its purpose of a quick bite between meals. If that's what you're looking... More

Enjoyed the food. My carnitas burrito was delicious. Good value for Kauai. The salsa was tasty, but the "hot" was not all that spicy. The seating is somewhat limited. We were there a little on the late side, so did not have a problem. There are a lot of birds (sparrows, chickens, etc.) that are a bit of a nuisance.... More

Staff was friendly, food came out fast, food court dining. We had the enchilada wrap, steak and Carne asada burrito, both very tasty and large portions. Great for a quick meal.

Enjoyed it very much. However, I suggest you get it to go. It is a tiny place and you sit outside in a shared area where the birds are abundant and so is their poop. They definitely don't clean the tables or chair since it is a shared area by three tiny food establishments
