Very expensive for very meager portions. Actually, what came to mind was the ownership should be ashamed of themselves for ripping off their clientele. Other much better restaurants in the same area.

We ate at Merriman's in Maui and it was fantastic! This one, by comparison, wasn't the equal of the one on Maui. The view there was much better. The Chow Fun noodles I had here weren't as good as the ones I had in Maui and were not on their usual menu but available as a special appetizer. Not nearly... More

The service was great, the food was excellent , and the sunset view was worth it. The menu offered a wide variety of different foods and the special menu was very interesting. The specialty drinks were super.

My wife and I were disappointed. Her filet mignon was $48 and barely 4 ounces...ridiculous! My fish, matching, $48 was dry. This place has gone downhill. On the positive side service was very good. Much too expensive for what you get is the net

Look at the menu outside the place and compare that menu to the other restaurants in the same shopping center. But I also looked online and lots of people rated this place highly. So we gave it a try and offer somewhat mixed reviews. We were having a hard time finding something we really liked on the menu. The hostess... More

There is a choice of tables inside or outside under the veranda. Merrimans is located in a small plaza. Fresh local fish is one the menu and recommended.

I researched the Koloa area and chose Merrimans based on TA reviews. The service was excellent and the fish was really well prepared and they have an option for a larger portion. A little short on accompanying veggies so make sure to add a side of some greenery. Great Mai Tai. Can be a bit breezy at night so dress... More

This is a nice restaurant. Above average food and wines, good service, good location, great sunset views. My only issue was that the staff was a bit too formal for my taste.

We heard about a couple different items at Merrimans. All the locals said eat downstairs, the upper level is good but really speedy. So is the lower level, unless you visit in happy hour. The truffle fries and BKE burger are very good, the Mai Tais are okay, but not worth $13 if you miss happy hour. All in all,... More
