This restaurant is outstanding. Food and wine selections are perfect. Ahi starter is amazing as well as mahi, pork, steak and lamb mains. We tried most dishes over 5 nights and loved every single one. Great menu, great chef, excellent service.

Ambiance, great service, great food, but the portions are way too small. This is not a small plate type of place. Did not cared for the dark chocolate macadamia nut torte, but the Lilikoi Ginger Crème Bruleè made up for it. I think it was too expensive, but we stayed the Koa Kea hotel and needed to try the place... More

More than enough food. Everything was the way we ordered it. (Don't know why so many other places find it so difficult to make "crispy bacon") Muffins for the table to share were really good. Cinnamon butter to with them was a nice touch.

Wow - this place just is so good. Although in a small boutique hotel, it's a destination for diners. The food is delicious and consistent (I've eaten here a number of times). My favorite thing on the menu is the Ono - it's such a wonderful fish and the chef does the best preparation. I've also had the Ahi as... More

We loved the breakfast, we had it added to our stay while we were on our honeymoon. Dinner was a bit over priced and you didn't get much.

Exquisite attention throughout the dinner. Food was really good, both the pasta and local fish that we tried. Price wise is on the upper range, but again, reasonable for the quality of the venue and the food you eat. If in Poipu, go there for a nice dinner.

By far one of the best dining experiences on Kauai. The ambiance, the menu, food preparation and staff are worth the every dollar spent. Relaxed but elegant dining! Perfect way to enjoy fresh seafood. This was my second time to Kauai and Red Salt did not disappoint. Hope to return again next year.

The service was great, and a variety of choices on the menu if looking beyond seafood. I never made it past the lobster ravioli as it was AMAZING!

A nice restaurant with modern food and wonderful service, we dined here while staying at the resort and really enjoyed it. Even if your not staying at the resort they accept non staying guests so make a reservation and you won't be disappointed.

Ambiance was great - candlelit, views of the gardens. Food was great - scallops were one of our favorites. FIlet was excellent, the vegetables were a bit undercooked. The Opah was well seasoned as well. Overall, lovely evening.
