Great place for breakfast, lunch or dinner. A little out of the way but worth it if you can find it. The price is right for these Plate lunch specialists.

One of our local tour guides recommended this place as his favorite. It is an industrial section of town, but dont let that fool you! The locals are all there too! WOW was it good! They offer large portions of plate lunches-korean chicken, katsu, seared ahi salad, beef stew, katsu cutlet, teriyaki chicken--plus rice, salad and mac salad. Or get combination of... More

Mark's Place is a little out of the way in the Puhi Industrial Area. It's well worth it! The food is cooked to order, is of excellent quality, large quantity and excellent value! I was able to make 3 meals out of two entrees. The entrees cost about $17. You can't beat Mark's Place.

Our entire family dined at Mark's. It was excellent. Service was quick and food amazing. Portions were overly generous! Great fries and I enjoyed what I consider to be the best hamburger patty I've ever had in their Loco Moco - Rice covered with hamburger patty topped with a fried egg and smothered with gravy. We were too stuffed to... More

Came here because of TA reviews. Went in the evening before closing after a whole day exploring the island. Didn't have to wait long for food to be ready. As it was late evening and we were hungry, decided to eat outside by the benches - no one around, all on our own, clear evening with no wind, was able... More

We love Mark's Place! I wish we would remember to go there more often! They have great service, great food, and great prices. Don't find those three together to much here.

Small place where the locals go for a plate lunch. I have had the mini loco moco and the mini chicken cutlet here. Both were very good. I have tried the teriyaki beef and Korean chicken as well and they were also tasty.

I was really hoping that this place would be great but I honestly did not enjoy the food. we tried the korean chicken plate and the combo plate, however the meat was tough and too salty and the mac salad did not have much flavor. It's too bad, this place didn't live up to my expectations.

Visiting from the mainland. We ordered and ate outside on one of the picnic tables. Ordered one of the salads of the day, both main dishes of the day (kalua pork loco moco and pineapple teryaki meatballs), and the desert of the day. Way too much food for two people. The salad alone was a meal. Everything was very good!... More

Great flavors! The portion is a lot for a small amount of money. We ordered on our way to poipu beach. It is definitely a native place ie local. Not the most friendly people must be because we are visiting and everyone else there are natives, but your there for the food. It is somewhat out of the way but... More
