Gotta put in a plug for this guy. For the money (under $10), this is the best place to eat in Hawaii. I usually eat at his other location, in Lawai, which I believe has the same menu. Definitely hard to find in/near Lihue; when we asked at the Kukui Grove mall, nobody knew ‘em.
