Easy walk from Marriott and good alternative to hotel food. Great happy hour and very friendly and welcoming folks there. Food pretty good and priced well.

It had some grate food. But the service was bad for example at the beginning we ordered something but we never got it. we might of had a bad waitress or some thing, but overall the food was good if you are looking for a nice heavy meal here is right and if you are short of time do not... More

We seemed to be an inconvenience for the most part to those working in the restaraunt tonight. My wife's Caritas did not have the beans or rice on them that they were supposed to, and the shredded beef on my nachos was mostly fat and tendon, not beef. However we never got the chance to send them back because no... More

In the middle of the 'touristic' area of Lihue. Normally we are a bit allergic to areas like this because the quality of the food does not count (at least it does not come in first place), but ambiance does. This restaurant has a nice view over the street to the sea. So with the ambiance is nothing wrong. Also... More

Went here 2 nights out of 4 it was so good. Had frajitas both nights and they were excellent and so was the tortillas which I believe they make on the spot. The service was great. There is a balcony which is nice to sit outside and eat dinner.

We stopped there for dinner and ordered nachos and a burrito dinner. The drinks were overpriced. Nachos were so so at best and my wife said the seasoning on the burrito was not to her liking. We are very easy to please as evidenced by our past reviews but this was not a great experience.

Went for happy hour and ordered two drinks. One $5.50 and other $4 something. Menu stated that extra chips/salsa cost more which is understandable. Im used to as much chips and salsa as I want at no cost as long as my husband and I are eating or drinking. Looked over menu and the cost was just not worth the... More

$32.50 for a pitcher of margaritas? $13.50 for a side of guacamole! I guess I should've known better than to go to Hawaii for Mexican food.

We're from L.A., we know Mexican food, and this is not really authentic as claimed. The food was okay -- I have to say it's very clean and fresh -- but lacked zest and spiciness. Even the salsa was way too mild. After all the fish and tropical food, it was okay for a change of pace, but I wouldn't... More
