Breakfast place where locals eat.

Standard breakfast fare until 11:30am. Good value. Super efficient, fast service. In and out for breakfast in 25 minutes. Less than 5 minutes from the airport. Has been in business for 100 years. Locals eat there.

A busy restaurant beneath a motel. This place is hopping and the staff is efficient. They have their system down! I didn't like the fried hash balls but the eggs and coffee were really good. If I lived in Kauai I'd probably eat here a lot.

We always go for breakfast here at least once every time we are in Kauai. The banana macadamia nut pancakes are delicious!! My husband always has to have two of these. I like the pineapple pancakes. The service is great - although very no nonsense. They know what they are doing! A must place to visit for breakfast when in... More

This place is frequented by locals. Sometimes hard to find a parking space, which is usually indicative of pretty good food! Great omelets and pancakes They serve Kona Coffee Prompt service!

A local favorite for Hawaiian specialties, this is a cute little place with a lot of locals. Food is excellent. It's like a large coffee shop, go for breakfast or lunch. Worth finding, it's not on the main street going through.

Local food with very reasonable price. Must try the famous Ox tail soup which is the best in the state. The saimin or loco moco for breakfast or lunch is so "ono" (excellent taste).

I love diners but this locally recommend place I wouldn't visit again. The open area makes it incredibly loud, there are tons of kids, service is pretty poor, coffee is poor, omelettes and eggs are average, at best. Very cheap though.

We sat down and my husband had a cockroach crawl up his arm... The food was okay. Lots of locals were there! So you know its a local hangout. Service was quick and lots of local food. I had the loco moco. My husband had an omelette with Vienna sausage. It was not Vienna sausage, it was hotdogs...

We were looking for a good local restaurant for breakfast. Tip Top was recommended. It's defiantly a local institution, and apparently there is normally a wait to be seated. They serve typical local breakfast, eggs, Portuguese sausage and rice. But their banana pancakes were delicious. I'd go back for the pancakes, and I normally don't eat pancakes.
