Bland food, watered down drinks, employees who at best were indifferent (appearing to have abandoned any pretense of displaying any "aloha spirit") and too often were unpleasant and rude, all combine to make this experience more that of a bad all-you-can-eat buffet rather than an Hawaiian luau. The luau was beautiful. The weather was wonderful, the scenery was amazing but the story line was mesmerizing. This Luau is the one to go to. Very different from others, far more interesting. The pageantry portrayed the history of the people of Hawai'i in a very impressionistic, dramatic fashion.
