If you want a true and authentic place to eat while on Kauai than Hamuras is your best bet. Service is not exactly their forte but the saimin is the best anywhere! Went twice while on vacation. Great saimin, pie was excellent. Good cheap eats. One thing, stay aways from the fried wantons.... these were the only reason it didn't recieve a excellent. Great fast service. more

I had the waitress bring my lilikoi pie before my saimin and it was wonderful! We sat right at the kitchen window and it was fun to watch the cook preparing the bowls of saimin. It wouldn't be a trip to Kauai if we didn't go to Hamura's at least once. more

We went here based on TripAdvisor recommendation. We found it different (bench seating) but enjoyable. However we would not go back again. Even the best noodles are still noddles. The price was agreeable however. more
