After spending time at the beach, we stopped here for a bite to eat. The food was pretty good, nothing special, but it's a great location, great view of the beach and mountains. The waitstaff was very friendly and attentive. We got a lot of laughs watching the chickens along with their baby chicks come up on the patio and... More

My husband had the Slovakian Steak. He loved it. I got a NY Strip. Bad mistake. Nothing but fat, through and through. It didn't even taste like steak. How they can make one steak great and another so awful is beyond me, but the upside was... good salad, very good onion rings and the waitress took my meal off the... More

They have a nice spot with a patio looking at the bay and that's why I stopped by. Although the place wasn't packed the server wasn't helpful and we had to looked for her many times for refills (FYI they charge you for soda refills). The food wasn't too bad but the fish of the day wasn't good enough for... More

The staff here is very friendly. It is nice to sit on the deck or at the bar and enjoy the view and a cold beverage! The food is good and not terribly expensive, especially at happy hour!

Always good service, and ambience. Food always iffy. Dry buns, tasteless food, cheap condiments. Been disappointed more times than not

This place is a favorite of a friend who lives on the island. After getting my plate, I can see why. The portions are very generous and the taste was very good. Haven't been there for dinner but will probably try it when I go back to Kauai.

Convenient to the Marriott and fairly good prices. I recommend the fish tacos if you like a little spice. The fish and chips are good. My wife liked the quesadilla. You can call in for pick up if you want to eat on the beach or in your room.

We had a party of 11 and we all left happy. The grilled salmon was delectable. The fish and chips was fantastic. M husband said it was the best he had. Nice atmosphere, food and service.

Casual dining at it's best on the island. Good location, decent service and worth a stop. Dining options on Kauai is very limited outside of the resorts and fast food. JJ's is a stop I make every time.
