On the sand at Kalapaki Beach, Duke’s is dedicated to legendary surfer Duke Kahanamoku, Hawaii’s Ambassador of Aloha. The restaurant’s open-air design offers stunning, sweeping ocean views while the 30 foot waterfall plunges into a koi pond below that meanders through the tables. best fish taco!

We had lunch at Duke's after our Helicopter trip over Kaua'i. they're perfectly located, facing a little bay, and the staff was friendly. But the highlight was the fish tacos: the I've ever had!!!

This place was very hard to find with a very unappealing walkway that led to the entrance. Plus it had valet parking only. The restaurant design itself was open, tropical, and beautiful with lush indoor and outdoor landscaping. However, the beach setting wasn't anything special. The service was good, the food was great, but it was WAY overpriced. They had a menu where... More

We visit Duke's everytime we come to Kauai. I have been coming here for over 20 years, and it is always wonderful! I had the Macadamia Nut crusted Opa, and it was delicious! We had a nice table, with a fantastic view! Our server was very good! My grand daughter,10, was with us, and our server made her feel special.... More

There are two areas to this restaurant. The downstairs area, you do not have to have a reservation or dress up. You can order bar food or the full menu. The upstairs area you have to have a reservation. The food is great and service was not too bad. Our first time there the waiter did not give us a... More

We went to Duke's Canoe Club with a large bunch. It's located at the Kauai Marriott. If you're looking for a fun authentic venue for a great meal with family or friends, then this is the place. There's a history of the Hawaiian Islands Duke Kahanamoku, Hawaiian's surfing Legend, plastered everywhere you look. Great photo's and decorating throughout. Oh- and... More

Had some drinks and they were just ok. Nothing to write home about. The view was great, so that might be the reason to stop in. Really it is all about the view.

Drinks and steaks and fresh fish and dessert were all amazing. Happy hour 4-6. Great beers on tap, excellent views and fun servers.

This is our favorite place to dine or to have a drink. It offers some great views of the bay and is the perfect place to end a day and to watch the sunset.
