In the two months in Kauai, I ate here an average of 1x a week. Consistently delicious food. Found the lightly battered shrimp with Vietnamese Rice the best dish. Others yummy but this excelled. Friendly owner & staff. Good to laugh with. Patrons also friendly and the place is always busy. Its tucked away in a little strip mall on... More

Stopped in here off the plane from Honolulu for a quick, inexpensive bite. Decided to skip that overrated, nearby Saimin place. Wife raved about the Vietnamese crepe, my stir-fried squid good but a little rubbery. Good, inexpensive food on the islands where you pay a lot more for most meals. Do take credit cards.

I try to eat here at least once a week. Great place to get a quick, cheap, satisfying meal. The #14 is very satisfying. It is the rare steak pho. Also if you're really hungry, get their egg rolls if you want something deep fried or the shrimp rolls if you prefer something light and fresh. Also try the #40... More

While the service is great and welcoming in such a local/native place. Unfortunately, the food is just average as compare to the Vietnamese restaurants in seattle.

This is delicious pho and authentic, by which I mean they have a meandering menu, and you sit at tables in a danky restaurant, with plastic menus, and if you brave to get the key to the restroom, you'll have to walk down the corridor and walk by the open screen of the kitchen and see all the bajangles going... You go there for healthy and delicious food at a reasonable price. I got the shrimp vermicelli and my husband got the beef soup. Both 5 star dishes. Definitely some of the best Vietnamese food I have ever had.

As a lover of spicy, Vietnamese pho, I look forward to bellying up to a big steamy bowl of chicken pho at Pho Kauai. The location is small and tucked in the corner of a strip mall beside a bowling alley, but the food is spot on. I've had the egg rolls, chicken curry, bubble tea, and chicken pho. Of... More

We just happened to spot this small cafe in a small shopping center while on our way elsewhere. What a great find! Large selection of authentic Vietnamese food. My wife and I both had delicious choices, one of our best meals on our trip. The cafe was nearly packed with Vietnamese customers, which is always a good indication.

Great food and awesome pho with fast and friendly service. The casual and relaxing atmosphere makes this restaurant the best place to eat and chat with friends. I just Love it! <3
