im all bout value these days, and another good choice if on a budget. too many choices but our fave is the lobster salad sand..really good and filling for only $7!! always busy at lunchtime but worth the wait..freshest bread, never frozen like most breads on the isle. more

Located in a mall. Bread is fresh and excellent. Sandwich combinations are unique and surprisingly taste well together. Heavily visited by locals. Great deal for sandwiches on Hawaii (remember that you are paying Hawaiian prices). more
Follow the smell of fresh baked bread to find it. Its in a mall beside the Macy's and in the same general area as KMart and Costco. I happened upon Deli and Bread Connection by accident and took my travel companions there for lunch. My sister and I split the TOPSS sandwich (Turkey, Olives, Peppers, Swiss, and Sprouts) it was fantastic the peppercinis gave it a nice kick without too much spice. I had a super tasty Lobsta Roll sanwich- quality lobster with onion pieces (I omitted the usual mushrooms), on toasted white bread, and broiled with swiss cheese. One of the best deals on the island. If you want to eat a very good sandwich, go and visit the Deli and Bread connection in the Kukui Grove shopping center. They are located next to Macys. They do make their own sandwich bread.
