“poke bento- best anywhere”

I'm not much of a sushi person so I was a little unsure. But, with the prompting of my daughter who had read such great things, we got box lunches for the beach. The poke bento is unbelievable! Don't expect a fancy place, but the food is wonderful! more

The lunch plates are fabulous. We went in to buy poke and decided to try the combo lunch plate... It was so good we went back and bought 3 more plates for dinner. It's just the right amount of food ... not heavy, very tasty... We will be back for more... more

we have been going to kauai for years and always stop in atleast once for the fresh tuna. Hawiian local olate is great too. more

we stopped in for a quick snack of poke and rice. korean poke was very good and very fresh, $9.99 lb. they have about 10 diff varienties, the one display cooler is 8 ft long, so there's not a whole lot overall. just two little stools in front so we went down to Lapperts, sat on their bench and had... more

The wasabi sauce and ahi tuna were so delicious! The mac salad and greens salad are interesting local flavors you have to try. Very inexpensive--good to grab and go to eat on a nearby beach! If you don't know what to order, the people behind the counter are very helpful. more

My husband and I stopped here several times during our Feb-March trip. The sushi, poke and smoked marlin are delicious. They have a small selection of fresh caught fish and specialty sauces and marinades for home grilling. more

This place is a great little treasure, with fresh, simple seafood lunches. (Even the servers at local restaurants whisper a recommendation to get lunch at Fish Market instead!) Our favorite Hawaiian Island to vacation is Kauai and our favorite place to get the most fresh fish is at the Koloa Fish Market in old Koloa Town. We always get the Seared Ahi along with Ahi steaks to grill at our condo. more

Just the place to get the best local food! Everything was great and the box lunch is super BIG and so Fullfilling. I would go there anytime. more
