Good family luau

This is the first and only luau I've been to. The atmosphere is pretty nice. They do offer a free shuttle to and from the event if your hotel is nearby. The food was pretty good. They serve green salad, cucumber salad, macaroni salad, assorted sweet breads, mashed potatoes, fried rice, poi, kalua... read more

The food was the best!! Everything tastes excellent. The pig, teriyaki beef and adobo chicken was off the chain good. The Luau was the best and the grounds are beautiful. The Smith family definitely knows how to do it right!!

We have been to the other luau on Kauai at the plantation and the show is quite good but the food totally was awful. This is a much different show with excellent food and pretty grounds to tour.

Love this luau, the food is wonderful and the Mai tais are awesome and all you can drink!! We really like it because you get to visit with other vacationers at your table. The show is way cooler than we expected also, well rehearsed! Such a fun time!

What an amazing Luau! From the unique grounds with it's ponds, rare plants, and beauty, to the food which is prepared beautifully, this place has it all. The Luau encompassed many different dances from various cultures and was a lot of fun to watch. There is so much to take in your eyes simply don't know where to look first.... More

We started off with a open air ride through the grounds and saw peacocks, pigs and goats. They had a ceremony where they were cooking the pig and explained how they cook underground all day. Followed by a nice dinner and drinks (Unlimited during dinner). It is topped off with a cultural show that shows the influences of all the... More

Our group of 10 went last night and we were disappointed. The food was barely edible, the grounds have not been kept up, the staff looked bored. We felt like cattle, herded from one step to the next. The show following dinner was a little better, though some of the numbers were, at best laughably bad and at worst culturally... More

A family member purchased this for us. Arriving to the event where told we need to pay. After explaining ourselves to three different employees. They allowed us in. The initial tour is quick and pleasant. After the the luau almost begins. Food and drink is only served 6-730 pm. You can't get food until your table is called. Once everyone... More

Loved this luau...went for a wedding and was pleasantly surprised at the beautiful grounds and amazing food. How they served 500 people in such a short period of time still amazes me. The show was spectacular and extremely informative of polynesian history and culture. This is a must see if you come to Kauai.

This was a recommended luau by the owners of the place who handled our wedding. We decided to go after we were married on the beach as our "reception" for all our friends and family and it didn't disappoint! We had a tour of the entire gardens and then got to see the imu ceremony before sitting down for dinner.... More
