GO here early or you will wait a long time. Its very popular and with good reason. Food is great service very friendly, and relatively quick for Hawaii. A lot of value for the high prices in Hawaii. Coconut french toast was the best I have had. Too bad I can not get this bread at home. My husband's omelet... More

We stopped by on our way to Napali Coast. If you are looking for a solid breakfast before an exhausting hike this is the perfect place. The portions are huge. Loved the corn bread. The omlette was very good (although it could take a bit more salt and pepper), but the pancakes were just the best (we had banana). But... More

Very friendly staff with a home town feeling that will keep you coming back. Good "island" prices for a great breakfast.

Stopped in while in Kauai after being recommended. It was good but didn't warrant the 20 min wait to get in. It must be good if it has a waiting line, right? didn't wow us but did get a good brakfast.

The hotel we were staying at had no breakfast, so someone recommended this. We ate there almost every morning. The wait was never as long as you thought, but once you were seated, they never rushed you out. Fresh coffee, homemade corn bread, coconut french toast and great syrup are so good that you want to keep coming back. Service... More

The line of customers waiting out the door to get a table says it all. At 9 a.m. during ‘slow(er) tourism season’ there was still a 20 minute wait to get a table. So worth it! Make sure you check out the daily special menu board near the cash register before ordering. I ordered a side of the char su... More

For our final meal on Kauai this was the right choice. The location was perfect, right on route 56 in Kapaa on the way to the airport. It was an informal café environment, which is exactly what we were looking for. We received a happy greeting when we walked in the door and the service we received was attentive and... More

Went here twice with my boyfriend during our stay in early Sept. Good menu with great options for local sausage and home grown papaya. Rice can be served with any menu item, which I thought was unique and cool. Good atmosphere and friendly servers. Great way to start the day!

We went to the Kountry Kitchen twice while on vacation. This is a very quaint, friendly, busy breakfast spot. The fresh pineapple is the juiciest, sweetest I have literally ever had. I'm assuming they cut it up fresh daily! The Coconut French Toast was top notch. We also had the Macadamia Nut Pancakes, also really good! What I loved was... More
