During our visit to Kapaa, we found this place online. Glad we did. Rather a strange name, but right on the water with a wonderful view. Nice salad bar, which is getting harder to find, really good steaks and prawns. Entrees come with a scoop of rice unless you pay extra for a baked potato, but it seems like it's... More

My wife and I were here 20 years ago and they still have the best menue on Kauai. The Bull Shed offers a full salad bar, great steaks, prime rib, assorted island fish and other great items to pick from. All seating has ocean fews. Get their early and get a window seat. Service is professional and friendly. Prices are... More

This was close to us and the food was fantastic. They sat us next to an open window at the ocean. It was like a Picnic on the Sand, without the mess and with great service(thanks Lisa)

Do not let the name turn you off. The Bull shed sits right on the water for a very romantic feel. Their Mahi Tuna steak was the best that my wife and I have ever had. They have an incredible bone in cut of prime rib that is well worth the order and you can ad a side of rock... More

We went there for dinner this evening. We were able to be seated without a reservation. I had the petite teriyaki sirloin steak. It was flavoriful, extremely tender (medium well), and beautifully cooked. My husband had the seared ahi tuna. He said it was very good. The salad bar comes with your meal. It is a before dinner salad bar... More

There lamb is amazing. The rack is huge and their home made mint jelly just makes it mouth watering. My personal favorite is the steak with their garlic sauce. We try ot go at least once a month and we always get the same thing, and have never been disappointed.

WE have not been there for about 3 years, because the food went down hill. I had the rack of lamb (the full rack), should of gotten the half rack. The full rack is about 8 bones with TONS OF MEAT. the half rack is about 4 bones and would say it may have a ton of meat. The wife... More

If you are into MEAT then this is the place for you. But stick to beef or fish because the ribs are uninspired. Bottled sauce! Sadly I also had a cold potato that tasted like yesterday's baked potato. Service is good and being waterfront is lovely. Not fancy and the salad bar is a bit dated. Could do with better... More

Don't let the name scare you off. The fish is excellent and the view! - think waves crashing outside your window. It's a funky 60ish-looking place but every table seems to have a view. Would definitely eat there again. Staff is friendly and efficient.

We were greeted with smiling faces & a warm welcome as we were seated next to a window table overlooking the ocean. Our waitress, Kelly R., was so pleasant! My husband ordered the baby back ribs & he was very pleased with his dinner. I ordered the lobster tail & I was amazed at the size of it. In fact,... More
