This is one of those places you don't need a reason to go back to, or make room in your schedule to do so. We descended on them at opening time for breakfast with a party of 9 adults and 5 children. The adults sat at the long table and the kids had their table adjacent to ours. The staff... More

Really loved this place. The food was amazing and is all fresh and yummy. I dined alone and felt fine doing so. The food really was excellent and the drinks also. I had the ginger lemonade which was great and the lamb stew. Recomme Recommend both. The service was great too!

There are two parts to my review: the food (great) and the customer experience (needs improvement.) Food - The owners are German and Czech, and they offer outstanding European-inspired food. I started my meal with a lilikoi (passion fruit)/rum drink. This drink was one of the best I have ever had. My party skipped the pupus (appetizers) and ordered a... More

Had dinner here twice and really enjoyed the Kapaa Chicken, Filet, and Italian Chicken special! The goat cheese and Honey salad was excellent as well! Try the wine flight! Great wines at a great price! Definitely a must visit!!

From outside it looks just like a cafe on the beach made of wood paint in aqua. Once you are inside and see menu and talk with a waiter, you will know this is a European fancy restaurant. Not low price, but we enjoyed the service, environment, wine, food, and everything else.

Who would have expected a French breakfast complete with baguette/croissants and crepes in Hawaii?! The food here is wonderful. The service attentive and caring. The decor fun. All in all, a winner

It's one of those place you could drive by and never notice. However, once we ate there we decided we had found our new favorite place. One caution, they only take cash. They have an ATM right in the restaurant for those with empty wallets. I tried the "Old Man and the Sea" for breakfast. Wow, another new favorite. The... More

The food was fresh and light, tasted home made- great awesome. Great atmosphere- artsy but not pretentious. Just not really a place for a hangover breakfast. However my favourite breakfast of our trip! Check it out!

Everything about Art Cafe Hemingway is amazing! The breakfasts are tasty and filling without making you feel like you've overindulged. I wish I could package their Greek yogurt and bring it home with me because it was THAT amazing. The setup is a little strange in that you can't access the menus until you get to the counter, at which... More

This is an extremely charming looking restaurant. I loved the look of it. The coffee was the best I had the whole trip. And the fresh squeezed orange juice was good as well. My breakfast was good, but I can't say that it really stood out. The service was very slow, so don't go here if you're in a hurry.... More
