We are a full service Bakery Cafe. Different from most due to being on this small island of Kauai,Hi. Our cafe serves both breakfast and lunch with a variety of baked goods. We also serve the health food stores, restaurants and hotel industry out of the same building. While we serve you breakfast or lunch we will be packing breads which are getting ready to be delivered to our wholesale customers. So both retail and wholesale out of the same location. We have an open kitchen so you can watch out staff at work. Also, we are roasting our own beef for our sandwiches which are covered with a house made dry rub, we also make our own pastrami using the short ribs which are perfectly marbled with good fat. We brine the short ribs for 7 days, smoke using pecan wood for 4 hours then slow cooked for 48 hours using a sous de vide technic. Come and try one of our sandwiches.

Muffins are to die for!

Within walking distance of many area lodgings. The muffins were unique, tasted phenomenal, and well worth the price!

I absolutely loved this place. I would have had breakfast there every morning if I had known about it sooner. The eggwiches are great. So nice to try something new. The Chorizo Potato Eggwich was yummy and so was the Jalapeño & Mozzarella Eggwich. I would not be able to pick a favourite. I also enjoyed the Spinach Feta Croisscone.... More

Had the Guava muffin that was very good (nut free). Lots of gluten free options. My brother had the mac nut stickey bun which was ok. Also had an assortment of tropical fruit black teas. Great service and friendly environment.

They have great baked products and a wide selection. The sandwiches are very good. This is a good place to stop if you are going north or south through Kapaa on the east side.

We absolutely loved this little bakery. We went there about 3 times on our trip. The gluten free cakes were amazing, and they even had gluten free bread for the breakfast sandwiches. My husband had the (non-gluten free....because he can) cupcake-muffin type desserts, and everything he had he loved too. I wish we had a Passion Bakery in the states.... More

I ate breakfast here twice! I had the spinach feta open tort and the second time I had an egg sandwich on their fresh baked amazing bread! The whole place smells so delicious when you walk in, fresh bread, cookies, muffins. Their chocolate macadamia cookies are to die for! Worth the trip! Nice staff there also

Came by for breakfast foods one morning on a hotrliers recommendation that they had good "croiscones" (scones made with croissant dough). Never heard of or had one before so I wanted to try something new. I was first in the shop at 6am. The owner greeted me roughly and with attitude. I asked about some of her products and she... More

This family owned bakery is amazing! Everything was made on sight and some of the best pastries I've ever tasted. Be sure to check it out.
