We are a full service Bakery Cafe. Different from most due to being on this small island of Kauai,Hi. Our cafe serves both breakfast and lunch with a variety of baked goods. We also serve the health food stores, restaurants and hotel industry out of the same building. While we serve you breakfast or lunch we will be packing breads which are getting ready to be delivered to our wholesale customers. So both retail and wholesale out of the same location. We have an open kitchen so you can watch out staff at work. Also, we are roasting our own beef for our sandwiches which are covered with a house made dry rub, we also make our own pastrami using the short ribs which are perfectly marbled with good fat. We brine the short ribs for 7 days, smoke using pecan wood for 4 hours then slow cooked for 48 hours using a sous de vide technic. Come and try one of our sandwiches.

We went in the morning and ordered sandwiches to go for our kayaking trip. The sandwiches were $9 each without any sides. However, they were on homemade bread and were delicious! We thought we would also grab a sweet treat but they were very overpriced and, honestly, were not that tempting. My husband is a bakery addict but was not... More

During our week vacation in Kaapa Hawaii, my wife and I got sandwiches to go three times from the Passion Bakery. Turkey on sourdough with lettuce tomato was our favorite but there are many choices. Ample sandwich for the price. The bakery has great muffins and a sticky bun with macadamia nuts that is decadent.

My husband and I picked up some freshly baked pineapple muffins and scones. They were yummy with their fresh brewed coffee. The staff was very friendly and provided great customer service. They also made gluten free chocolate and coconut mini coffee loafs. Will come back and try more yummy goodies next time we visit.

Had the breakfast eggwiches. Quite tasty and the bun is good too. I recommend it. Some veggies would be a good addition, though.

Everyone raves about the sandwiches here! Open every day at 6am except closed on Sundays. Baked goods are pricey but worth it if you want the best!

We were staying at the JW Marriott Resort and their breakfasts are huge and pricey, so we went looking for a local place. How fun to catch sight of the inviting sign for the Passion Bakery. Even better was the warm welcome we received when we walked in the door. We had egg sandwiches and the buns were light and... More

The mac-nut rolls were off the charts. Also had a tasty latte. Hubby really enjoyed his breakfast sandwich. Solid choice for breakfast!
