We are a full service Bakery Cafe. Different from most due to being on this small island of Kauai,Hi. Our cafe serves both breakfast and lunch with a variety of baked goods. We also serve the health food stores, restaurants and hotel industry out of the same building. While we serve you breakfast or lunch we will be packing breads which are getting ready to be delivered to our wholesale customers. So both retail and wholesale out of the same location. We have an open kitchen so you can watch out staff at work. Also, we are roasting our own beef for our sandwiches which are covered with a house made dry rub, we also make our own pastrami using the short ribs which are perfectly marbled with good fat. We brine the short ribs for 7 days, smoke using pecan wood for 4 hours then slow cooked for 48 hours using a sous de vide technic. Come and try one of our sandwiches.

Came by for breakfast foods one morning on a hotrliers recommendation that they had good "croiscones" (scones made with croissant dough). Never heard of or had one before so I wanted to try something new. I was first in the shop at 6am. The owner greeted me roughly and with attitude. I asked about some of her products and she... More

This family owned bakery is amazing! Everything was made on sight and some of the best pastries I've ever tasted. Be sure to check it out.

Walked to this quaint bakery on our first morning in Kauai. Coffee hit the spot and the Carmel rolls were delish! We bought blueberry scones for later and those were amazing! We will return!

This became our go-to bakery while we were on Kauai. We originally went for the pulled pork sandwich that we had heard so much about, but turns out if you don't get there by 2:00 you might not get it, so instead they made us ham sandwiches on their nice soft baked rolls--very good. Same story with the sweet rolls--but... More

As soon as I walked in the first thing that popped in my head was "this is a bakery" with the smell of fresh baked goods and coffee. Sticky bun and jalapeño croisscone were both very good. Friendly service with singing from the kitchen. Nothing but goodness on this visit.

Stopped in for pastries. Purchased two. One was excellent but the other was disgusting. It was overcooked to the pount of being inedible. 50% is not an acceptable standard.

We stopped here because it was convenient and boy, were we in for a surprise! Their pulled pork sandwich was so good, I couldn't let my husband miss out, so I had to share half. I'm not a pork fan but this was the bomb! Their breads and bakery items are fabulous also but this sandwich is worth going back... More

The egg sandwiches and breakfast plate are delicious. The brioche and whole wheat toast were fresh and yummy. Great breakfast food! Tip: it's not a fast food place, so be prepared to relax a bit while they make your breakfast.
