We are a full service Bakery Cafe. Different from most due to being on this small island of Kauai,Hi. Our cafe serves both breakfast and lunch with a variety of baked goods. We also serve the health food stores, restaurants and hotel industry out of the same building. While we serve you breakfast or lunch we will be packing breads which are getting ready to be delivered to our wholesale customers. So both retail and wholesale out of the same location. We have an open kitchen so you can watch out staff at work. Also, we are roasting our own beef for our sandwiches which are covered with a house made dry rub, we also make our own pastrami using the short ribs which are perfectly marbled with good fat. We brine the short ribs for 7 days, smoke using pecan wood for 4 hours then slow cooked for 48 hours using a sous de vide technic. Come and try one of our sandwiches.

Coffee Cake

I enjoyed the cinnamon and pecan coffee cake and the coffee was fine as well. This small bakery is definitely worth a visit when in Kapaa!

The mac-nut cinnamon rolls are WONDERFUL! Soft, gooey and loaded with mac-nuts=heaven. I'm also a big fan of their egg-chorizo-potato breakfast sandwich with chipotle mayo. Delicious!

Came here twice cause food was great the first day. 2nd day food was equally good but service at minimum. Upon entering we were the only customers but it took literally 5 mins until someone attended us. The girl taking our order was somehow having a bad day taking it out on us. BIG girl ....attitude. Toast with jam and... More

By far, the best bakery we have visited in Hawaii! The sticky buns and cream cheese muffins are outstanding, and their breakfast sandwiches are like having an omelette on a fresh Hawiian roll - the best!!

Went to passion bakery and they were out of th guava muffin. It's actually a guava cream cheese muffin, so for those that don't eat dairy you are out of luck. The coffee was good and I got the oatmeal muffin. It was tasty but a little dry. House coffee was also fine. I will look for other options but... More

The bakery treats are delicious, soft and baked just right, without being too sweet. They are worth the prices. Enjoy your treat at one of the tables in the small courtyard; the small area of the bakery is too hot to enjoy. Air conditioning may be coming soon. In the meantime, enjoy the delicious treats outdoors.

We came here with our four cooped-up, jetlagged, young kids. Owner was really nice and said he'd make modifications to menu items for the kids. Food was delicious - from the baked goods to the sandwiches. We were headed to Lydgate Beach as well as to Kamalani Playground so took food to go. Some seating inside as well as a... More

The Lady didn't seem at all interested in serving us and more busy complaining. We ended not ordering much to get out as soon as we could.

This bakery was across the street from our condo at Wailua Bay View. We visited one morning for breakfast and anjoyed their ham, egg and cheese sandwiches. The restaurant is enclosed so you don't get a side of (live) chicken with your meal, which is nice. There was also outside tables if you liked. It was no more pricey than... More
