local market with hot and cold foods, drinks, ice cream, coffee bar, snacks, desserts, etc. very nice folks in a sweet spot in town. worth a stop early for the best stuff. ill be back soon.

In the middle of Kapaa. Local place with large choose of foods to try. The hardest part is deciding what to get. This isn't our cup of tea, but that being said. The food was good and you get to try things more Hawaiian. The menu changes daily. Mahalo to the Pono Market.

The poke (traditional), lomi lomi salmon, and lau lau were all delicious. Local food. Not so healthy but fresh and good. Also great coffee and ice cream section. It seems to be two separate businesses. It seems to be family run. It is always busy with locals.

i got a three item w rice, laulau, sweet n sour spareribs and kalua cabbage. (Mon-Wed-Fri has different items). With a spicy shrimp poke & rice bowl, it is a great lunch for two. 2 tables on the (sidewalk) busy street out front, so we took it to go. Real good, real quick, and a good deal!

We got there before 11:30 am, and tried the Kalua Pig (pork) on rice. It was very tasty, and cheap! We also had some sushi rolls - nothing special, but worth trying the local fare. I would recommend going early so that you have the most selection!

This is one of our favorite places in kapaa... Totally unassuming, but great food. We had the lau lau pork, with a few different sides, and it was fantastic. We topped it all with ice creams and one of the best espressos I've had here! Recommended without any second thoughts...
