Okay Hawaii movie fans this place was shown in the Decendents. We ate here and had one of their great pizza's. Yes the wait was long, but worth it. We would definitely say to stop in and have some pizza and beers or mai tai's. This is a bit of a dive place, but so much fun. They have live... More

Kind of a dumpy place, but one of the only places around to have a drink after dinner.. decent live music. That about it!

We were told by our Westin concierge that Tahiti Nui was a must for a stop by and having a Mai Tai. She was absolutely right on. We had one drink before our dinner reservation at another Hanalei restaurant. I was sad we could not stay longer. The Mai Tai was wonderful!!! This and one other place served the only... More

The brick Oven Pizza is fabulous! Also had dinner there one night! Had the Poke fish with Purple sweet potatoes! The staff were so friendly! Only advice is find out how long for the pizza if you are in a hurry. The pizza takes a long time to cook and it is a highly requested menu item! If you are... More

The drinks are great. Best Mai-Tai on our trip… and we had a lot of them on three islands. Beer is good. My daughter really loved Julia's iced tea, said it was the best she's ever had. We only ate a fish sandwich, but it was quite tasty and lots of other people were chowing down and seemed happy. There's... More

A really fun hangout. Themed decor, front porch. Had some good drinks and dinner one evening and returned a second evening for drinks as well. Live music from lovely couple. Bar tender was not great with eye contact in trying to order drinks, but she will eventually get to you. I know that sounds nit picky, but I always think... More

Nostalgic memorabilia set the ambience of this little gem. The food is good, prepared with fresh ingredients. Try their Mai Tai (boast it is a 50-year old recipe, and they should be proud of it). Each of us (6 people) ordered something different for lunch and no one was disappointed). Put this on your list!

Even though we were staying on the east side of the island, we made it a point to trek up twice to Hanalei so we could eat at Tahiti Nui. The mai tais are delicious, the ambiance is kitschy with an "old Hawaii" feel: bamboo walls and cute tiki bar stools, and the food is delish! The first time, we... More

Great local atmosphere, even if there are a ton of tourists like me. Good food, but the mai tais and the live music are the reasons for going here.
