Best place to sit at the bar!

We have so much fun sitting up at the bar and eating! The guys behind the bar are so much fun to talk to and very attentive. The food is always good and the ambiance is great. We have never eaten in the dinning area, very plane. The counter is the place to be!!

A great place for a birthday dinner. They were wonderful, making vegetarian meals for some of our party and bring out special desserts for our occasion. The food and service were excellent.

Went for the chocolate souffle, which is my favorite, but it was overdone (tough) and didn't have the gooey chocolate center. Since dessert was the planned main event, only ordered appetizers, which were quite large and filling. No tables set aside for walk-ins, so the only option is sitting at the bar if you don't have a reservation.

Located in the Kings' Shops mall area it was located directly across the small lake from the condo unit we had rented for the month of March at Waikoloa Beach. As I share the same first name and it came across as "fine dinning" I felt I had to give it a try. I have to say that although it... More

We chose Roy's because our friends had been to one of their other locations. But we didn't have a great experience tonight. First off, we made a reservation, but when we arrived, we were told that they were very busy, and our seating would be delayed. Their solution was to suggest we go shopping and come back later. Really? We... More

Loud place with pretty good food, but not special that you would expect for the price point. Server seemed new and not very good.

We've been eating at Roy's for 10 years across several locations. Our daughter first got hooked on their multi-course kids menu which made it easy to have an adult dinner with a 4 year old in tow. On this trip we had the butter fish (which my wife gets every time), duck and salmon after starting with the canoe appetizer... More

In honor of a double celebration we wanted this to be a special dining event for our son. This was a restaurant that was rated highly, so we made reservations based on Trip Advisor reviews. We have used Trip Advisor many times to determine dining options because we have found the reviews to be honest and helpful. Roy's beef dish (shortribs)... More

This was the prefect place to celebrate my mom's birthday.. The menu was varied for all to choose and everything was delicious. MY aunt does not eat fish so luckily there were meat choices as well. My husband likes a little rice or potatoes and was disappointed that the entree came mostly solo with just a little veggies. But for... More

The food here is fresh and good, but it gets very full so you will want to make a reservation. If you enjoy fresh fish, this is the place to go. A bit pricey, but it's within walking distance from the Waikoloa Beach Resort.
