This is a small Starbucks but it is still very good. They have all the drinks you would want with good service. I recommend this Starbucks located in the Queen Shops in Waikoloa.

Long lines early mornings especially before 8 am but if you go around 1000 am, very quiet and will get fast service.

We have always had nice service at a Starbucks, what made this exceptional was the upbeat and humorous crew we encountered on a Sunday morning. They were funny, fast and had such a great attitude. Thanks Starbucks, you guys Rock

It's an honest-to-God Starbucks in the middle of the Hilton Hawaiian Village. Full menu, etc. However, they are just slow. I avoided it a couple of times because of the line, but finally said okay on the last day. Well, I think the line wasn't because of the popularity, but the lack of speedy service.

Consistent but the food cabinet is filled with flies. Why have Starbucks when you are right near the Kona Coast and all those coffee plantations?

Good option to the overpriced coffee at the resorts and the restaurants. Am an avid Starbucks lover.

The Starbucks in the Queens Marketplace is one busy place. We stopped in for cold drinks and were impressed with how quickly our orders were taken and the drinks were made. It was fun to look at all the made in Hawaii items for sale. Don't let the line stop you---they are speedy in fixing drinks!

Just your typical great Starbucks with great employees. Prices did not seem higher, even though it was in Hawaii. Drinks were very good. Enjoyed the visit.

This is your typical Starbucks and the moment you walk in the door you know what to expect. The line often goes outside the door as it is a small store with unusual design for customer flow. Thank goodness the staff is Starbucks Spectacular and they do an amazing job. Debby is amazing as are all the team members. There... More

I like to go to more local places when I travel but there wasn't one close by. So I hit the starbucks. They were as good there as anywhere else. But I did like the while you are here mugs which I bought a few of. Nice cheap souvenir of Hawaii for the Starbucks lover.
