We were so happy to find a Starbucks. I was craving something sweet and we were able to find a small brownie that fit the bill. The best part is that their prices are the same as at home.

We had coffee and tea one morning. It was typical, but very good. Too expense to do everyday. Especially when you can make your own Kona coffee at the condo.

It's Starbucks! However, sitting outdoors in Hawaii sipping a Skinny Latte you can't get just anyplace. If you have a ton of money to spend then buy your Kona coffee there!! Otherwise buy it at Costco in Kona.

Really, I can always depend on friendly service and same coffee drinks at anyone of their locations. I will admit, having their app on my iPhone makes it easy to stop in and not wonder if I have enough cash on me to make a purchase

The staff were always friendly here, even though it was always busy! We were, however, there in the low season and they told us that at Christmas time they are run off their feet!

This is a small Starbucks but it is still very good. They have all the drinks you would want with good service. I recommend this Starbucks located in the Queen Shops in Waikoloa.

Long lines early mornings especially before 8 am but if you go around 1000 am, very quiet and will get fast service.

We have always had nice service at a Starbucks, what made this exceptional was the upbeat and humorous crew we encountered on a Sunday morning. They were funny, fast and had such a great attitude. Thanks Starbucks, you guys Rock

It's an honest-to-God Starbucks in the middle of the Hilton Hawaiian Village. Full menu, etc. However, they are just slow. I avoided it a couple of times because of the line, but finally said okay on the last day. Well, I think the line wasn't because of the popularity, but the lack of speedy service.

Consistent but the food cabinet is filled with flies. Why have Starbucks when you are right near the Kona Coast and all those coffee plantations?
