Tasty breakfast with friendly service

Visited on a rainy day for breakfast and was happy I did, there was plenty of seating to keep out of the rain! Enjoyed a breakfast sandwich, they had a lot of varieties. Also had a croissant which was tasty and warmed up for me. Coffee, of course was standard. The staff here was very friendly... read more

I have visited many Starbucks in Australia and USA. I was very disappointed in this store. There were 4 people serving but the service was very poor, they were more interested in chatting to friends or other employees than actually listening to orders. Mine was not the only order they got wrong, I witnessed 2 other customers getting wrong orders.... More

It's always nice to have Starbuck around to get your cup of coffee. Nothing spectacular. It's the same as in the mainland except they have some wonderful Hawaiian Kona coffee available for you to try.

Beautiful store. Clean and well merchandised. Real arrogant jerk on register. No aloha here! Everyone else working seemed fine; not what I'm interested in dealing with ever but especially not while on vacation.

We stop at Starbucks quite often, because it is easy to pick up a coffee and pastry quickly. This Starbucks didn't disappoint. Service was fast, and the food and drink was good. Couldn't ask for much more from a Starbucks.

Was in line to enjoy the member rewards and was waited on by Debbie. I ordered an iced drink and an iced lemon cake. Because it wasn't included as a free benefit with the Monday special, she made the assumption that I didn't want my pastry and rang up my order without including it. When I tried to get her... More

We needed to get an early start, and did not want to spend the extra time getting breakfast at the Hilton Waikaloa Village. Even though we had coupons for continental breakfast at the Hilton, the lines and waiting to be seated and for service was going to make us late for an excursion. So, off we went to Starbucks -consistent... More

Like McDonald's, Starbucks is consistent, and it's the same in Hawaii as it is in Seattle, so you get what you want, the way you want it (if you like what Starbucks has to offer). It was convenient

Normally we are not Starbucks coffee drinkers but this is the only place outside of the hotels. Fortunately they serve 100% Kona coffee in the iced coffee and perhaps the other menu items. It taste better than any other Starbucks that I have experienced.

Everything's as expected. And they servce some local coffees. Just beware that it might get crowded as times. If you grabbed your dring, just might just walk a few steps to the outside area of queen's market foodcourt to find a nice place to sit.
