This last visit to this Macaroni Grill, was less in everything from our last visit. The service was so-so. Didn't see our waiter much, even though it was only 4pm - 5pm and the restaurant was maybe 1/4 full. Some of the food was cool, some was piping hot. No consistency. This is out of, what I would consider, the... More

We came for a late dinner (around 8ish) with two of us. We were seated immediately, and Kitty, our server, was fantastic. The food was delicious and very reasonably priced for the Big Island.

All I can say is that we were excited to have lunch here and we were let down pretty quick! We sat at least 10 minutes before anyone asked if we had been helped. Our waiter wasn't knowledgeable of gluten free dishes and had to go back to the kitchen a few times. The food came promptly and it was... More

Had dinner here once on our trip and really enjoyed it. Sat outside where view not great as in shopping complex but still nice to sit outside while in Hawaii. We both had the Ahi tuna special and thoroughly enjoyed it. the place is a bit on the high side for price but not bad considering the area.

My husband was ecstatic to find a Romano's Macaroni Grill amongst all of the expensive restaurants in the Big Island of Hawaii. We thought it would be good for dinner as we were in the Queen's Marketplace on the Fourth of July to see the fireworks. However, we were both disappointed in the food. It is not at all like... More

The food was quite good, but not great and the prices were high for what you got. Of course every place in the area is overpriced.

Doesn't get much easier than to prepare a decent lasagna - Romano's couldn't even get that right. Just yuck.

We had a meeting on our first morning to learn about all the activities the Island had on offer and we were given a breakfast that was filling & full of flavour. We actually came back on the evening for our tea...well worth a visit..about 20 minutes car drive from The Hapuna Prince Hotel

Lasagna and Mom's Spaghetti were very good. Had to practically beg for drink refills and it was a hot day. Restaurant was not very busy as this was well after any lunch 'rush' and before any dinner service began.
