Title says it all, you will not find better fish & chips anywhere. This place is tucked away behind the Kings shops in the resort so you have to look for it. You will be rewarded though with great food and a relaxing little lagoonside view in which to eat it.

My wahine hoahanau (cousins), wanted to shop at King's Shops in Waikoloa, but if I have to go shopping, I need to eat. We just wish we had not eaten here. Island Fish & Chips is the only casual eating place in the King's Shops. We ordered crab cakes ($7.99), fish, shrimp, calamari, & chips ($14.95), and ono & rice... More

It took almost half an hour to get a frozen fish sandwich. Pass this pace up. We did not finish the food.

We ate at the Island Fish and Chips today. We actually had the fish and chips. It was a late lunch. We were doing some shopping and sightseeing, as we are staying at Hilton Kings' Land for the week. It's only about 1.5 miles from door to door. This little spot is on the lake side of the shopping center.... More

There aren't many casual dining places around Waikoloa Beach resort - Island Fish & Chips is about your only choice. The food is pricey for counter service and average quality - my most disappointing meal in Hawaii.

This is a wonderful little place in the back, near the pond at the King's Shops in Waikoloa. We ate here a couple of times because the food was good, and it was much less pricey than most of the restaurants in the area. They serve the catch of the day prepared as you like it (grilled, fish and chips,... More

We came here for breakfast. The selection of breakfast items is limited, but then again this is a little shack window overlooking a large pond. The food was reasonably priced and was pretty good. If you don't want to cook, make instant oatmeal in your condo, or drop a small fortune at the Marriott or Hilton, this would be a... More

This place was very good. The fish seems fresh and was very tasty. Great cheap place to grab food in the otherwise very expensive Hawaii food scene.

Sometimes for lunch you're just looking for something fast and cheap. The day we tried Island Fish & Chips, it was one of those times. We had the fish and chips, shrimp, calamari and crab cakes. You place your order at the window and are given a number which they will call out when your food is ready. Our food... More

Ordered fish and chips, fish tacos, and popcorn chicken for the kids...everything was cooked to order! Came out piping hot. Even the kids meal was great. Nice little place with water front seating! Excellent for a quick relatively inexpensive meal.
