We have been to the Big Island three times in the last 5 years and when we're there, we always go to Sansei at the Queen's Shops on Sunday and Monday nights for their special. My son and I love sushi, but my husband and daughter don't . There is always something on the menu for non-sushi lovers. Our daughter... More

We dined here 3 of the 7 nights we were in town and would have done so more frequently if we had discovered it sooner. The fish was so fresh and the quality was so high, we were thrilled. We ordered nigiri and several different rolls and all were equally amazing. The pieces are on the large side but certainly... More

We had a bad experience here three years ago, but after reading many positive reviews from 2014, we tried it again on our recent trip as the options in Waikoloa are limited. They were ready to seat us right away, and the service was much better and efficient this time. The food came out haphazardly -- some rolls came out... More

Atmosphere was okay but very noisy. Food was delicious, but very small portions. Our waitress was the worst. Never once offered to refill our drinks and our main course came out before our appetizers. We even got our bill before one of our appetizers. I wouldn't recommend this to my worst enemy.

Good sushi. Not the best I have had but very good. Rolls were expensive but large. Good eats. Friendly staff.

We ate here on our 1st night in Hawaii, so we were tired. Food was excellent. Not sure the price/value was great, but at least the tuna rolls we got for our son seem rather chunky for the price. Nice and upscale atmosphere, service was excellent. The shopping center is a nice place to hang out and explore.

Recommend you make a reservation. There area limited restaurants in the area outside of the resorts. We enjoyed it - excellent variety. We asked what what the chef would recommend and they had great offerings of fish and different rolls.

We eat sushi on a regular basis always looking for the best! This place I must say was amazing! Such flavor! Everything we ordered was delicious. We especially enjoyed the dynamite shrimp, the mango crab salad roll, and the tempura Ahi dish. If you like spicy salmon rolls, you might want to try the Eskimo Salmon Candy (I think that... More

We visited here for happy hour on a Friday night, we have been to other locations in Hawaii, this one just didn't do it for us. Quality wasn't there.

Recommended by Hilton, not a good idea. The service was so bad, only one bartender for entire restaurant so food came before drinks. Waited a long time for waitress to take any order, and many many excuses all night for slow service. Too bad for them I thought my food was very good but experience not worth it.
