We were a little concerned about stopping for dinner at what appeared to be the only restaurant for miles. After reading several TripAdvisor reviews, we took a chance, and are so glad we did. The food at Thai Thai was excellent, with friendly service. Definitely stop for dinner and then head back to the Park for a nighttime visit to... More

Food was very good...we ordered takeouts every night stayed at Volcano. We are from northeast coast and this restaurant is as good as other authentic Thai....but entree are more expensive probably because of location and few eatery in the area. Quart of soup is $16.00 !

We love Thai food and this is some of the best! Good sized portions. Try out the green tapioca pudding...yum.

The food here was good. I like my thai food very hot so being given the option of how hot I could have it was great. Service here was good and they have a waterboy for those people feeling the heat. Be careful when choosing how hot, if you dont like the heat stay out of the kitchen. A little... More

We stopped here after arriving at Volcanoes. Servers were all super friendly, attentive, and helpful when it came to navigating the menu. Our hosts had warned us that the food here was very, very spicy...and the waitress confirmed that. A "medium" level is about a 6 out of ten, "mild" is 3 out of ten...no clue how "hot" or "Thai... Excellent, authentic Thai food but overpriced based on the diner like environment. There were not many restaurants in the area for fine dining so this was a good choice if you wanted quality food. Reservations were not required.

Had several interesting selections. The 'green' curry was not quite what was expected and didn't taste much like curry. Had ordered mild curry dishes and ended up with very little curry flavor. Gratuity was added for 6 people.

We love going to Thai Thai. We have enjoyed everything that we have ordered....from the summer rolls, phai thai, and the curry's. Although the price tag is that of a fine dining restaurant, Thai Thai's food has never let us down. Warm & friendly staff greet you, and are always there to help with any questions. We will be back... More

Thai food was authentic and decent-- but not enough to warrant the avg $25/entrée price tag. Even for Hawaii this seemed overpriced. Especially since the décor-- bright fluorescent lights, completely casual-- does not make you feel like you should be dropping $75 on dinner for 2. If I could do it again, I'd go to The Rim restaurant within the... More
