We stopped in on a Saturday night and were seated promptly, and enjoyed the guitarist and his voice - a nice surprise. The food itself is your average fare. Our burgers were adequate (I added feta and mushrooms), the fries and mac-potato salad were good, and we got a kick out of the Portugese Bean Soup which had four beans... More

Our family of four had a nice time dining at this restaurant. The food was not particularly exciting but it was well-prepared. The kids enjoyed their burgers, and we enjoyed our salads. We got lucky with being seated, though. We showed up at 6:30 and got a table within five minutes. By the time we left at 7:30, the line... More

We had two dinners here and both were just great. We even had live music on both nights. They feature a lot of local grown produce, meats and fish. Between the two of us, we had a variety of dishes. The cheeseburger, Ahi fish, Kalbi ribs, Kailua pork, portuguese bean & kale soup and garden salad were all really good.... More

Just standard food without much else and it wasn't that good. There was no service. We waited for a bill and finally had to go up and ask so we could get out of the place. We would not return.

After not being able to get a seat at Cafe Ono down the road (see separate review) we called in for some Sunday lunch. We were greeted with a friendly smile and quickly seated in a busy dining room. The menu is extensive with all of the normal diner offerings - we decided to share a pulled pork and coleslaw... More

Have only eaten breakfast here and sometimes it's really good and sometimes not so much. There aren't that many places to eat in Volcano, so we go there occasionally for a change. Usually pretty busy - a lot of locals love it.

The sandwich was okay, nothing special. It was expensive but everything in Hawaii is expensive. Overall the food was average to above average and the experience was average.

This was one of a limited number of restaurants available in the evening for dinner. Waited in line for far too long (35 min) with most tables empty (only had a limited number of serving staff working). Wait was so not worth it - the worst food I ever eaten out. Awful. The woman singing and playing the ukulele was... More
