CLOSED

CLOSED. I stopped by today and found them moving out due to the lava flow that is expected to cross into Pahoa soon. They said that they hope to relocate at some point but do not currently have a new location.

Great food and reasonable prices. I have to admit that if I hadn't found this place on tripadvisor.com, I may not have gone inside. Was small and quiet, but we were in for a nice surprise. The food was wonderful and made to order -- so it took a little longer to make, but it was the best!! My husband's... More

The restaurant was very crowded (which is always a good sign the food is good) but we were seated promptly by a friendly hostess. Service was equally prompt and friendly. All of the dishes we had were delicious and reasonable. You won't be disappointed with this restaurant.

After a day of busyness and hiking to the Green Sands beach, my sweetie and I were starving! We came in 15 minutes before closing, and they were kind enough to still feed our hungry tummies! The staff were incredibly thoughtful, welcoming, and kind. They brought us clean plates, extra napkins, and a bottle opener for our BYOB. We had... More

Excellent food, good price, large portions, but long wait, but absolutely worth it!!! Amazing spring roll, could be dinner by itself. And btw, I always order peanut sauce curry.

A friendly little restaurant with great food at reasonable prices. We had a good portion of tasty spring rolls for an appy and green tea. Entres were a shrimp stir fry and a chicken red curry. There was only one chef in the kitchen that night so service was a bit slow but we enjoyed playing the trivial pursuit card... More

Awesome food is worth the wait. Nothing special or fancy. Great service even dinner later on a Sunday evening. Don't expect fast since it is fresh. Our one server was working her tail off alone. Relaxed place to sit and chat with your party over Trivial Pursuit or Dr Seuss! Thx Sukothai!

My favorite place for Thai food on the Big Island. Family owned and operated for many years by a mother and daughter team from Thailand. There is a warm, welcoming, homey feeling. Everything I've tried from the menu has been delicious and prepared by the ladies in traditional Thai style.

They serve excellent Thai food. We did not wait that long but we were willing to, as we heard so many good things about the restaurant. Very pleasant cook who would come out and check if you like her cooking. Pleasant waitress too. I think she's the owner's daughter. Would go back again!

Run by a very pleasant family. The decor is sparse. The food is absolutely outstanding. The pineapple fried rice was spiced in an unusual and delicious way. The eggplant was excellent. The service is limited by small number of employees. Definitely worth waiting for. Sorry other Thai restaurants, this is my new favorite.
