Tucked away in the Kea'au shopping center right off the highway (turn left at the gears sculpture and then right into the strip mall), it's good food. While they're preparing your food, run into Foodland for some basic foodstuffs while exploring the Park.

The first and last time I will go here . The food was not fresh . The Mongolian beef was tough as leather and the Asian noodles tasted like Ramen noodles . We dined at sombats in hilo the night prior and it was A+ what a difference.

As a longtime visitor to this restaurant, as well as a foodie who has visited Thailand, etc. its understandable why people give this mixed reviews. It gets three stars from me because its fairly cheap, the portions are generous, I usually do takeout, and some of the dishes are good. I'm a sucker for their Volcano shrimp and their basil... More

Excellent place for lunch! Pass on the buffet and order from the menu. The tiny wait is worth it. Great Pad Thai and excellent curry. Ask for it hot if you please. Open early too...

Lemon Grass has good & tasty food. We enjoy the Mongolian beef & Lemon Grass Chicken. Very reasonable prices. It is a small place. You can order your food to go or dine in.

Dine outside on Asian cross culture fare. Food is very good and pricing quite reasonable. Atmosphere is not special but staff are, and are very accommodating and genuinely nice. This is located in the shopping center with Foodland and Ace Hardware.

Lemon Grass is a favorite of ours. Their Walnut Shrimp is amazing, the shrimp tastes really fresh and clean. The combination fried rice is yum, and their potstickers are fresh, gingery, delight. The atmosphere isn't all that great, but that's alright. Get it to go and head across the highway to the park!

First of all you have to consider that everthing is more expensive on the Big Island but this little restaurant offers good food at a reasonable ($7 to $10 per plate) rate. I am a big eater and the portions left me totally full and my wife with leftovers. Just across the street is a McDonalds and next door is... More
